“This playgroup is amazing. Two of my three children have gone here and i wish my first child had too. The staff are so friendly and smiley. The place is managed very efficiently. It doesnt have a "business" feel when you communicate with staff, like some other nurseries ie. it doesnt seem like theyre trying to extract money from you at all times. They are so affectionate with the children. All staff know all childrens names (this is a big deal as ive had a nursery call my son by two different names in one school report!) My daughter is SO happy to go here that she is upset if she isnt in nursery on a given day. She has had no accidents as she feels so confident. They encourage a healthy snack. My daughter has learnt her animal noises and is singing xmas songs at the top of her lungs all day now. Thank you to Jess and her team. You are doing a fantastic job!”

“Like many other parents my husband and I were in complete turmoil as to whether to go for helmet treatment for our 6 month old. Mr Saeed Hamid held initial consultations with us over Facetime (given the Covid-19 pandemic) when our son Rish was 4 months old. He kindly provided us with free advice to help us try and combat the flat spot that had developed naturally before even discussing any formal treatment options. He truly understood our view that treatment was something to be avoided if at all possible. After a couple of months of rigorous tummy time practice Rish's flat spot was still severe. We met with Mr Hamid at the Romford clinic to take some measurements and found that he had severe plagiocephaly (measuring 10.85mm on the asymmetry index). After a lot of deliberation we decided to go ahead with helmet treatment and couldn't be happier that we did - in fact a huge weight had lifted once we'd made the decision. Some of our concerns centred around how it would impact Rish's sleep and quite honestly it didn't at all. After approximately 5 months of treatment (which now feels like a blip in our baby's life) we achieved a reduction to 5.53mm on the asymmetry index (mild-moderate), which we are extremely happy with. As part of our treatment we trialled the 3D printed helmet that LOC has developed - we found this worked great for us as it is lighter and more breathable which helped over the warmer months. Mr Hamid was a pleasure to deal with, very patient, never pushy and always realistic about what could be achieved. The administrative team at LOC were also super helpful with arranging appointments to suit our babies ever-changing nap schedule! Thank you so much to LOC for such a positive experience!”

“I was a bit dubious of booking my appointment here after the reviews. But its my local, I don't drive and have a newborn baby so...... I booked online the Monday afternoon and got an appointment for Tuesday morning, next day. I got there just before 10am and was out of there by 10:10am. There was 4 people in front of me. Very nice, friendly Phlebotomist.”

“My son has been attending this nursery since 2022 and has grown and developed more than I expected. They have many different activities. Every week they have new topics for learning. Staff are excellent, any issues I have I can approach all of the nursery workers. I would highly recommend park lane wykeham as I know it’s not easy to find a good place.”

“Our son recently joined Creative Kids in Emerson Park. We were nervous about him going back to nursery after lockdown, as earlier in the year, he attended another nursery in Romford which was a terrible experience. From the outset, Creative Kids have been exceptional. Claire was very welcoming and was very understanding of our concerns given our experience with the other nursery - Sam spent over an hour with us before our son joined going through our various questions. Our son is dairy intolerant and in our opinion, his previous nursery did not cater for dairy intolerant children as they did for others. Creative Kids have gone out of their way to provide dairy free alternatives so he does not miss out. They keep a regular journal of what he has eaten / when he has slept / nappy changes which is sent via an online platform on a daily basis, as well as uploading pictures showing what our son has been doing. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming and it is clear that they all have a great relationship with the children. At pick up, they always take the time to discuss what our son has been doing during the day and answer any questions we may have. Although he has only being attending Creative Kids for a short time, he has settled in so well and has already formed a bond with the team members. We cannot thank all the staff at Creative Kids enough for the care our son has received and look forward to seeing him develop and progress during his time at the nursery. Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.”
