"Charlie is a lovely girl but definitely didn’t deliver the service I paid for. I came in for a toner, cut and blow dry. The toner did absolutely nothing, my hair was as blonde as when I first stepped foot into the salon, yet I ended up paying full price. I understand that she used the product on my hair, however, as a hairdresser you should know what works and what doesn’t - as this was her mistake, she should of never charged for the toner."

"Booked appointment via Treatwell on 29th December to get nails done on 31st December. Arrived for 9am appointment, and lady opening up was just sat in her car until 9.10am on her phone. When she opened up, I was told that the person who I was booked in with wasn't going to be in (Covid isolation I think?). I wasted time to drive down there because no one cancelled my booking in advance, and has to try and find somewhere else to get my nails done. Extremely unprofessional, and was disappointed. I understand that mistakes happen but it doesn't take much to manage diaries better, communicate with clients, and actually open up the doors on time."
