Primo Caffe - West Wickham
“They do a wide selection of dishes for lunch, the toasted sandwiches are very nice. It’s £6.75 for a sandwich which is on the expensive side but very filling. Atmosphere is good, this place is clean and the service is good”
Wickham Bay
“New venue for my daughter's and me. Fantastic food. Had the sea bass on a bed of mashed potatoes with pesto sauce and veg. Was really nice. My eldest she had the fish burger. Which was proper fish in batter. That was also really nice. Will definitely be visiting again. Was not very busy tonight Tuesday.”
Fireaway West Wickham
“The dough was very soft. Perfectly cooked and the topping was so yummy”
Zana West Wickham
“Newly opened in Coney Hall. Grear Atmosphere, delicious food drinks and cocktails menu . Friendly staff who can't do enough for. Well wort a visit.”
West Wickham Charcoal Grill
“After a lot of years eating kebabs in various locations of the South East- have to say this is by far the best I have ever had! Great food and super friendly staff who remember you- very personable. Can't recommend highly enough.”
Sakura Sushi Bromley
“I’ve ordered delivery many, many, many times from Sakura for a couple of years now. I’ve eaten Sushi all over the world - really good, and really bad. Short of fine dining restaurants such as Nobu, Roka, and Zuma (which obviously don’t deliver to Bromley and Orpington lol) this is the best I’ve had in the UK. Constantly VERY reliable. Clearly it’s tough to nail presentation with delivery Sushi, but for a south-East London delivery provider (where we’re all sick of pizza, kebab, burgers, fried chicken, Chinese and Indian) Samira is a refreshing change I’ve also never had a single mistake in my order. FIVE STARS especially considering location. For simplicity, please get back on JustEat or UberEats.”
Raife's Coffee And Artisan Bakery
“If you want the ordinary poached egg on sourdough that is rolled out in every so called artisan bistro then this is not for you. Raifs serves up all the popular dishes and some more interesting ones with an extra level of flavour. weather its a breakfast or just a coffee I have never been disappointed. If you are lucky enough to get there on a sunny day when they have the tables out you can enjoy an al fresco meal and feel as though you are abroad.”
Katies kitchen
“Sweet, modern/ised without losing its charm. Food good value and well prepared. Friendly staff.”
Omega Cafe
“Had a lovely late breakfast. I asked for lightly cooked mushrooms. Came out as I liked them.”
The Grind Café
“SUMMARY: Lovely friendly cafe / restaurant. Consistently good. We've visited on different days at different times - always hard-working, polite, diligent, and serve great quality food and drinks. Today's pictures are on a Sunday and the place is very busy - but we don't mind. It can be a bit noisy - but it's a cheerful chatty noise. We have been here when it's super-quiet and peaceful, so it's up to you to choose a good time depending on your mood. THE MENUS: Great choices of breakfast, healthy options, Mediterranean, brunch, lunch and snacks. We're never bored with the choices. Today's photos are the grilled chicken salad after the gym. Substantial, fresh and delicious. See photos of the menus. PRICES: very fair and reasonable - generous portions. DECOR & COMFORT: Contemporary look, nice, comfortable and a choice of indoor and outdoor. At the rear there is more outdoor seating in a cute yard but is down some steps. THE SERVICE: Always good. Very attentive and well trained staff. Eye contact and a genuine concern to make your visit good. They will change things, fix things and want to do the right thing for you. TOILETS: Very clean, smell-free, large, adequate with baby-changing fold down table. Step-free level access for buggies and wheelchairs. See photos. BUT... no handrails for the disabled which really would be a bonus. There was a chap in a wheelchair in the café when we visited, and it would be so much better putting a few more facilities for the less able. (Additionally, the Café entrance step could be corrected to allow for step-free access. It's very small, but I know from experience that even these small steps can be stressful for the less-able.) Finally, regarding the toilets: it is a fashion these days to install really high-powered hand driers. The one in this toilet, like many, is DEAFENING. At some stage, the law will change and these will be removed. Illogically loud. (And you can't put your wet fingers in your ears whilst trying to dry your hands! ) THE LOCATION: Busy part of West Wickham near a cross roads and the local council gym-swimming pool. So, parking outside is on the meter - see photos. The street across the road is free is you can find space (except 1-2 pm, Mon-Fri... be careful, you will get a ticket!). Or, pay to use the gym car-park. OVERALL: You can see from the ratings that The Grind is well respected and loved amongst the locals, the elderly, the young, parents with children & babies, groups, alone, the lads from the gym, the girls on a chatty afternoon... well liked by all. Cheerful, lively, successful. Well done to The Grind. We'll be back!”
Ollie Polly Play Cafe
“Lovely play cafe for little ones, no big structures so it tends to be smaller kids and a nice small space so you can sit and have a cuppa or lunch or amazing cake and always have an eye on where little one is. Highly recommend x”
Sonargaon Tandoori
“Went there for a double birthday and an anniversary. The food was excellent, and the service was brilliant”
Harpers Restaurant
“We had a great time at Harpers. Service is very good and excellent value for money. I definitely recommend.”
Diwana Indian Restaurant
“I was here with the family for a buffet lunch. They do a 'all-you-can-eat' buffet on Sundays. You pay for the poppadoms and drinks separately although some starters like onion bhajis and samosas were included in the buffet. In all there was 18 items on offer. The food was exceptionally tasty and my daughter just couldn't get enough of the curry. The tandoori chicken was a hit with my wife as the empty plate was a testament to. The chicken jalfrezi with pilau rice I loved the most and I also sampled the biryani which was alright as well. My only criticism was that I wish there was more on offer but it's such good value that I'm sure we'll be back again. In fact, I'm looking forward to coming back. By the way, the staff were super friendly too. Always a bonus!”
Indian Diner
“Food is amazing! They have one of the best Chicken Tikka Masala dishes that I've ever tasted! Staff are very friendly and attentive! The Manager even came and thanked us for coming before we left and was very friendly and warm to talk to. Overall I had a very enjoyable meal.”
Denniss Chippy
“Good food and love the quotes on the wall! Will be back :)”
H20
“Excellent. Perfectly cooked rice and noodles, yellow bean chicken one of the best I have ever tasted and the chicken satay avoids the excess peanut that so many have and has a gentle but delicious heat in the after taste. Take away ready spot on time. Very generous portions - I'd shared the meal with my adult son and he took the rest home for the next day! Highly recommended”
Miller & Carter Bromley
“I visited here on Christmas Eve 2022 with my brothers and mother. We were served by a waiter called Ted who was beyond friendly, considerate and catered to us massively. Considering how busy it was being Christmas Eve, Ted made our experience a breeze and was the most accommodating waiter we could have asked for. Would 100% revisit and if you have Ted as a server/waiter you will be the luckiest!”
Curry House
“Me and my mates hunt for indian restaurants that can make a curry spicy liko no other while still retaining the taste and this place has done it! Ate very spicy lamb curry with some Nans, had wonderful taste, lamb was juicy and tender, the souce was creamy rich with tomato and not with oils killing the taste. 5/5 highly recommend for anyone who likes tasty spicy food. Place was clean and cozy, staff professional.”
Thai Elephant Restaurant and Dim Sum (Da Hong Pao)
“Outstanding service and exquisite tasting dim sums!!! The Thai Elephant management should be proud of the staff, as Chinese/Thai restaurants are notorious for an impersonal robotic service, however your staff are amiable, attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable (while not being overbearing), and maintaining a professional distance. Looking forward to our next visit!”
The Wheatsheaf
“Nice venue. Went on a Saturday and although it was quiet and there was a dj playing 80's music we still had a little boogie and a good laugh!”
The samosa Factory UK
“Food is amazing. Street food or thalis.. everything is perfect and mouth watering. We all enjoy your food, even my kids like Samosa Factory :)”
The Railway Hotel
“Following my cousin's funeral, we held the wake at The Railway. I'd ordered a buffet, tea and coffee for 40 people. We were allocated an area of the pub which was just the right size. The food was all of a good standard, and catered for a variety of tastes - and it was plentiful, so it was good value. The staff were all very helpful. I'm glad I chose The Railway for this occasion.”
Hair Growth Centre - Bromley
“I had my treatment 11 days ago by the superb Dr Alosert, and am pretty happy so far. Firstly, the guidance and support given by Neelam in Bromley has been exceptional from the day I first enquired. She continued to be responsive and helpful after I'd agreed and paid, which shows her dedication and humanity. I've never felt scammed, rushed, or misled and always had the impression of professionalism and genuine care. She's been crucial to the whole experience so appreciate that. The surgery itself was daunting but the friendly and informative staff put me at ease. The guidance and information around the aftercare is pretty comprehensive and easy to follow. The proof in the pudding will come in future months, but early signs are promising and i'm really happy with the service I've received. I'd recommend for sure.”
Sainsbury's
“Supermarket with clothes section and a great array of flowers and plants. There weren't any bags at the self-checkout when we visited but otherwise all good.”
Pizza Hut Delivery
“Second time I’m buying pizza from them. Extremely satisfied. Ordered food home due to covid. The pizzas were absolutely delicious and it was prepared and delivered very quickly! I also called the restaurant to ask if one side could be made spicy and they followed instructions perfectly. Definitely recommend!”
