If anyone can get it, Steve and the team can do try them first. He is also really reasonable on pricing so don’t assume they are expensive as they base their business on being fair and as keen as they can be on price. We are a big Renault garage in the same town and we use Coulsdon Autos weekly and could use loads of other online places but don’t for the reasons above. I feel that she has aided me through some rough times and the sessions have been very much tailored to suit. The environment made me feel very comfortable and she has been very accommodating. I am a man of understanding, so the psychodynamic nature of the sessions really gives a greater understanding of why we do things, all being linked to our youth. “Interesting polarisation of past reviews but I have to take as I find. I was only looking for advice and was upfront about the reason when I popped by. The shop manager was extremely helpful and spent a good 20-25 minutes taking me through all the complications of raw dog food. As a new owner I had some pretty dumb questions but I didnt get the sense at anytime that I had outstayed my welcome. The Owner clearly had a depth of experience (with dogs at least) and was happy to guide me. I would be surprised if you get that level of service in Pets at Home etc but it is a relatively small shop, heavily stocked so if room to push your shopping trolley is a priority, its possibly not the shop for you?”

He is professional and approachable, as well as responsive. His work is absolutely excellent, as is that of the team of people who work with him. He pays attention to aesthetics as well as practicalities. Of particular note was the fact that we needed the job to be done within a specific timeframe and he overcame various obstacles to make that happen. His network of other good tradespeople is large, which is very useful when undertaking a project such as this. Lastly, we were not in the country whilst the work was done and yet we felt entirely comfortable leaving the keys with Daniel. He kept us informed as to progress with photos. In short, he is a star!”
