“It's a park, there is a kids playground, tennis courtyard for practice and training machines. Enough benches to sit down and have a rest if needed”

“Pleasant place to go for a walk. The country park is full of wildlife, we saw a few Herons. Not inundated with mosquitoes like some of the places a bit further north, despite the wetlands. Enjoyed the information about the old hospital.”

“This small open space is accessed from River Road. While it's a bit hard to get to, it's worth a visit for the expansive views across the River Thames at the mouth of Barking Creek.”

“Love it small equipped gym that has every thing for your needs. Love the cycling out doors mountain attack Bernard County Pacific coast and others. Gym staff are lovely it costs more but well worth it”
