I am continually doing the exercise that he taught me, my injured part has gone better and improved. “I took my daughter to baby sensory from 10weeks old. She absolutely loved it as did I. First of all it was more for me than her I guess, getting out to the same class every week, I made some lovely mummy friends and as my daughter grew, she realised she had become friends with their children too. Starting from such a young age was so beneficial as we learnt different signs which was great for communication and development and she would always leave exhausted from absorbing everything in the class. She loved all the songs and we would sing them at home too. Every week is different, no 2 classes are the same. We learnt so many different songs and actions and was gutted when she hit 13 months and we graduated. I then went on to take my son once he was born who loved it just as much as his big sister did, I never got bored of it at all. Kelly was our class leader and her positive energy and enthusiasm made the classes what they were. She put 110% effort into every activity we done, she captured my little ones attention from start to finish as she interacts with all the babies through the class. Finding out she was then able to play a part in my sons 1st birthday was literally the icing on the cake. Provided all equipment and instruments for our jungle animal themed party and everyone that came had nothing but amazing feedback for her party. 100% recommend to everyone”

The nursery staff is very passionate about their work, food is cooked fresh from scratch, and there is plenty activities to keep kids entertain and develop their skills. No time wasting. My kids age 7 and 6 enjoying their first private 1 on 1 sessions, became water confident, always learning & developing new skills and techniques. “Sue & Tony Lee's review Mike of (Silver Fitness) was recommended to us by another Physio, even though he is a Sports Massage therapist & personal trainer and not a Physio therapist. I had just come out of hospital when I first met Mike, and this was after a traumatic 2 week stay, ( in bed all day) with various physio's walking past and taking no notice of me. Where did all the qualified nurses and Physio's go? I left, after discharging myself, hardly able to walk let alone stand and that with a Zimmer frame. They wanted me to spend a further 2 weeks in a rehab ward but what was the point as I was ignored on the ward anyway. I could do without another 2 weeks decline in my health!! With Mike’s help, support, massage and exercise (even my wife does them with me) and support from my wife, I was able to dispense with the Zimmer frame within a few days. I'm not saying it was easy (Hospital staff said I’d never be able to walk again unaided – and nor did I)! A month or so into my treatment Mike suggested we try a couple of stairs, this was my nightmare, as Id not been up them in over 15 years. We started with baby steps and I gradually improved, one day my wife walked in and her response was 'Oh my God' as I was half way up the staircase.....but I had to come down again!! I’ve come on in leaps and bounds, with a few slippery slopes on the way, but with Mike's support and encouragement, which doesn't stop when the treatment stops, as he has encouraged me at all times along the way. My wife has suffered from various ailments over 20 years plus, and she didn't seem to be improving. Mike suggested he could check her over and with his help encouragement, massage and exercises, her back is more upright, the pains in her side and hips has almost disappeared, headaches and shoulders are getting there, and she is able to walk a lot better now. Mike is there for you between treatments and knowing he was there for us at the end of the phone only aided our recovery. I am now walking indoors unaided, we maintain our weekly treatments and will keep to our maintenance plan, we both still have mountains to climb but feel we will get there with Mike and Silver Fitness. The Elephant in the Room for me is the stairs, my wife’s are falling over and being unable to get up, though she is working on that. With help and support, from Mike, She is now able to get down to and up from the floor, even though she doesn’t like it! My next big venture is getting into the garden and outside, but when the weather is warmer. I do know that with Mikes, help, encouragement and further treatment, I will get there. As we both say after Mike's sessions 'NO PAIN NO GAIN'”

“3 port valve issues stopped my heating from working. Roman attended and cleaned the area that was jammed and got this working again however the part was old and this then broke thereafter, we called and Roman came back with the replacement part and fixed this for us without any issues, I am extremely happy with Roman and the work completed. Roman also entered the house with shoe protect covers on as well to ensure no dirt was taken throughout the house. Very lovely gent”
