They knew what sizes we’d need just by looking at my daughter, although we were also able to try on a blazer (which was steam cleaned after). Unlike some beauty therapists I have been to in the past, Hannah had me complete some client notes and then asked me some questions about the look I wanted, was this for a special occasion, had I had the treatment done before, did I know what to expect etc. It was so nice to be asked these questions so that Hannah could tailor my treatment especially for me rather than just providing me with a standard set of lashes. Hannah was very friendly and professional, provided me with lots of aftercare tips to make my lashes last longer and I would highly recommend her.”
