"*** Side note: The Google listing for the CityDoc clinic is pinned in totally the wrong place (in the middle of an apartment complex across the road). The actual place is Miles Pharmacy, Ewell, which is in the little high street area.*** Really terrible experience to be honest. Similar to another user's review above, I booked (and paid) online via CityDoc only to drive an hour round trip to the pharmacy to find that it was closed and had been all day. No response from CityDoc to my contact. I phoned the pharmacy direct the next day, who blamed it on CityDoc and arranged for me to go in the next day for Yellow Fever vaccine. I arrived, waited for nearly 30 minutes past my booked time-slot only to fill out a form and have them eventually come out and tell me they didn't have actually any of the Yellow Fever vaccine in stock (despite me having called twice earlier that day to check it was OK to come in for YF vaccine). Another 1h roundtrip wasted. They were the only place I could find (despite looking in a significant Surrey / London radius at Boots, Superdrug etc) that had appointments that weren't 3 weeks away, so was left with no choice but to still use them. Third time lucky I did manage to receive the vaccine. Nearly 2 weeks later I still have not heard back from CityDoc after several emails to get a refund for the £15 online booking fee (no active phone number for them) so had no choice but to raise a chargeback with my bank. The pharmacy also emailed them and haven't heard back either. I would avoid CityDoc given the inaccurate timeslots and the non-existent customer service, and go straight to the pharmacy direct (Miles Pharmacy). Although my experience with them was less than impressive, they at least answer the phone and are friendly, plus the only people I could find with reasonable availability, prices and a YF registered vaccine clinic."

"Booked my husband in to have his yellow fever vaccine using their online booking system which required payment of a deposit which was taken. Today when he arrived for his appointment he was informed they in fact had none in stock. Waste of time and money- now struggling to get hold of anyone to process our refund. Dreadful service, avoid at all costs!"

"I went to this pharmacy to receive my vaccination before travelling to Ghana. I was able to book my appointment the morning that I received my vaccination. The service was excellent and the staff were super knowledgable on everything I needed to know prior to my trip to Ghana. Thank You!!!"
