The receptionist was very nice and helped booking an appointment in the most geographically convenient clinic for me, she was able to offer an appointment within an hour in waterloo, the clinic is in front of the station so super easy to get to. The consultation was with doctor Jay B., friendly an knowledgeable, he went above and beyond the call of duty, understood my anxiety and gave me a call as soon as he had the results back from the Lab, I truly appreciated it. The price, £55, for the consultation seems fair considering you virtually have to wait only few minutes or hours to see a real doctor in central London, in a nice, clean and perfumed clinic, I’m not sure I would pay an higher price though. At the current rate I will definitely use them in the future if needed. I have notice and appreciated also the attention to the privacy, the form filled at the arrival in the clinic was processed by the receptionist and then shredded immediately while the lab results have been shared electronically with me via email with access via a secure site protected by password. Nurses were very patient with us, even allowing my daughter to sit on their medical bed for a minute as she is scared of needles. “Dr. Matharu is a breath of fresh air to my local specialist group in Guernsey, who refused to treat me correctly and was prepared to make me wait months for a specialist in neurology to see to my health problems. Whilst the trip to London every three months comes at a great expense, in terms of travel to and from the Channel Islands, it is worth every penny. The team at QSPCR are efficient, helpful, caring, great fun and most of all understanding. Dr Matharu in particular has been a real asset to my recovery from Meningitis three years ago and because of him, and his team, I have improved greatly and have been given the opportunity to see the light at what once was a very dark and painfully long tunnel.
