“We were quiet nervous from the start for our son. However, Dr Said Bilal, Ali and the 2 female staff were accommodating and took their time with us. They explained the procedure and to our surprise our son did not hesitate nor cry at all. They placed the ring and that fell off after roughly 10 days. “Excellent service, nothing I can honestly complain about. The receptionist was very nice and helped booking an appointment in the most geographically convenient clinic for me, she was able to offer an appointment within an hour in waterloo, the clinic is in front of the station so super easy to get to. The consultation was with doctor Jay B., friendly an knowledgeable, he went above and beyond the call of duty, understood my anxiety and gave me a call as soon as he had the results back from the Lab, I truly appreciated it. The price, £55, for the consultation seems fair considering you virtually have to wait only few minutes or hours to see a real doctor in central London, in a nice, clean and perfumed clinic, I’m not sure I would pay an higher price though. At the current rate I will definitely use them in the future if needed. I have notice and appreciated also the attention to the privacy, the form filled at the arrival in the clinic was processed by the receptionist and then shredded immediately while the lab results have been shared electronically with me via email with access via a secure site protected by password.
