“I came across Kam transport through a Google search (we frequently travel to Heathrow Airport) and the swift online booking was a breeze. Their pricing was the most competitive in the market and I didn’t know what to expect. The booking confirmation was emailed to me shortly and the office was extremely responsive and helpful when I called to triple check I was assigned a driver named TILAK. The night before my flight, my village went through the worst snowstorm in the past 10 years and although it seemed like a challenging journey to get to me, out of an extraordinary work ethic TILAK did not cancel the job and instead arrived on time. We were stuck on my drive for an hour, in the snow, and TILAK, with a bit of my help, did not give up, we got the car out of the snow and he safely drove us to the airport. TILAK is an amazing person and a fantastic driver, and Kam transport a brilliant small company that delivers great service. I thoroughly recommend this small company not just for the fair price, but also for the quality of service, the professionalism, the smooth booking experience and all in all a fantastic taxi firm. “Brilliant taxi company. I was a very difficult customer on a busy Friday night but I was treated with courtesy and the firm was very adaptable. I told them I was tight for time and that the cab had to be punctual. Even though there was a lot of traffic the taxi turned up on time. For my journey back I changed the agreed pick-up time at short notice which they agreed to. A couple of hours later I changed it again, to earlier. The company still accommodated me and sent a cab. They also sent the name of the driver and registration number of the car. I would definitely use this company again. They were fantastic.”

“Spent the night in the hotel before flying off to Athens. There is a covered walk to Terminal 5. Maria the receptionist greeted us and was so welcoming, friendly and professional. We checked in and checked out fabulous room. King-size bed, shower cubicle and separate bath, towelling robes and slippers. Loads of extras, natural loofah scrub and Balmain toiletries. We had breakfast the next morning and there was everything you could wish for. Highly recommended. It's not cheap but a perfect way to start your holiday. View of runway, room very quiet.”

“Update from October 2022 - continue to be great local service across London. I'm particularly impressed with their web booking system which is easy to use and pre book. Availability can be intermittent if it's last minute but always reliable when I book a few hours in advance. The call operators are all British and in the UK it seems which makes explaining things easier versus maybe to someone answering the phone in foreign call centres that are not familiar with London and the UK. Cars are also always well maintained, clean and the drivers very helpful.”

“I would 100% use this company again, not sure if they would use us though, My elder brother 63, is deaf, disabled and special needs, he was in Greece visiting me and his health had gone so far down hill that we were worried about him getting from Heathrow to Putney by London Transport. So we called Putney Cabs, several times as I kept making mistakes with terminal, and details etc, they were very understanding..... On the day of pick up they could not contact my brother (as he could not hear the phone) they contacted my daughter in Putney who was able to send a picture of my brother, the driver waited for him , but unfortunately my brother had soiled himself on the flight, as I said he is special needs, the driver was kind enough to take my brother home, there was a small charge of 20 pounds to clean the cab after which i totally agree with...to the driver and the company, Im sorry and thank you so much for being so understanding...”

“My experience of this taxi service was wonderful (Uxbridge branch). They didn't raise any issues with me taking my pet into the car, the telephone communications were very prompt and efficient, I was updated by text to confirm booking and driver's destination, and the driver was very professional - arrived ahead of schedule (which was particularly important as I was on a deadline) and was very friendly - most would not tolerate a whining pet in their car!
