"Our luggage did not arrive on time and we had to stay at the airport for another couple of hours to get the luggage which arrived in the next connecting flight. The limousine driver contacted me throughout the time, and when he could not wait any longer, a second driver was arranged. The drivers were courteous, and friendly. Pretty satisfied with their service."

"Always on time. Courteous and safe drivers. They had an issue with their website payment portal but have since solved this. It’s such a relaxed feeling knowing after a long flight you are dropped directly to your next stop. Loved when they switched to BMW fleet (or was it Mercedes?) - I felt like a proper VIP!"
