“For the price it's an excellent clean location with free parking. Yes it seems a little basic but the staff have always gone above and beyond and for a short stay with all facilities it really does help. Great little place with a range of facilities that make the stay easier. Also well located in ilford so easy access to the ilford, green lane and back to the A406 and A13 if needed. Would highly recommend as my stay was pleasantly surprising.”

“Definitely enjoyed my stay. The reception staff of Elena & Anna were so friendly and welcoming! The service was outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. “This hotel is in Ilford, even though a 2star rating, the room was exceptional, clean and big, I had to have an extended stay at the hotel and had no problem with extending my stay. The added advantage of this hotel is that you have parking facilities, with parking available at the front and in the onsite car park. The reception staff were all very friendly and polite.... I personally say that when people come and argue with them for no reason, they can only do so much yet people expect miracles. B'fast is included in the price, but for me personally it was too early, so didn't have any there, the house cleaning is done on a daily basis, with bed linen changed at least twice a week. There are several shops and a pub short walking distance away, The reception is available 24/7 and there is no restrictions as to what time you have to come and go. Overall had a pleasant stay for the duration.”

“I checked in on Thursday 2nd November 2017, the check in was very quick and the male receptionist was very pleasant and most helpful, I found the same when checking out on Thursday 9th November 2017. The double room was very clean indeed ( decoration, carpets and most importantly the bed sheets, the bed was very comfortable too ). The bathroom was sparkling and housekeeping staff were very helpful from day one. The freshly cooked breakfast was excellent as was the service, the staff were a credit to Arran Guest House. The Guest House was very convenient to all public transport ( Mainline station and several bus routes ). I enjoyed my stay and could find no faults with the service of the excellent staff, so much so, I intend to return early in the new year. ( It is my pleasure to award Arran Guest House 10 out of 10 for the excellent service from all the staff including how they maintained the internal and external of this lovely property )”

“Stayed last year in july for 2 nights, all though the room was a tiny bit hot, it was well decorated, clean and tidy. The breakfast had a well layed out continental choice. The only thing i think could have been better was the room size it could have been a little wider. All in all thoroughly enjoyed myself, close to shops, close to shopping places and the tube was literally down the road. cannot wait for the next time i come here.”
