“I have been working at Purley Oaks for over 10 years now as a class teacher , both in Year One and Reception. I can honestly say that I love it here. Everyone is so kind and welcoming . We all help each other out no matter what year group we are in or what job role we have - we are a great team! I was advised when I was an NQT to keep moving to different schools but I really don’t want to be anywhere else! In Reception we are a fantastic team and work very closely together. We have such fun and it is amazing to see the children progress throughout the year. I feel that in Early Years we give children a great start to their learning careers!”

“Love this school, hidden away in a residential area, you are welcomed by an old, huge building but it is not intimidating. The school is friendly and nurturing, like when I went to school. On the Dowsview street on the right, going down a staircase, it is shorter if you are coming from Beulah. My child started in Reception this year and as we came from another country it started in February. We received them very well.
