“I have been working at Purley Oaks for over 10 years now as a class teacher , both in Year One and Reception. I can honestly say that I love it here. Everyone is so kind and welcoming . We all help each other out no matter what year group we are in or what job role we have - we are a great team! I was advised when I was an NQT to keep moving to different schools but I really don’t want to be anywhere else! In Reception we are a fantastic team and work very closely together. We have such fun and it is amazing to see the children progress throughout the year. I feel that in Early Years we give children a great start to their learning careers!”

“Love this school, hidden away in a residential area, you are welcomed by an old, huge building but it is not intimidating. The school is friendly and nurturing, like when I went to school. It is not like these academies that focus on results and not the children's wellbeing. The staff are friendly and my children made fabulous progress here! Dont just read ofsted reports, go and visit a school and talk to the people who work there day in and day out!”

“It is perfect for children, located in a very quiet area with little traffic. It has an entry that does not appear in google maps. On the Dowsview street on the right, going down a staircase, it is shorter if you are coming from Beulah. My child started in Reception this year and as we came from another country it started in February. We received them very well.
