Due to my own failures in dental care I have had many extensive treatments and can honestly say that all treatments are administered painlessly and with great care. “The Dental Care that I receive here has always been very good. They very much put the patient first. I was included in the treatment plan when I had my filling replaced, they had the local anaesthetic on stand by but didn't end up needing it. I did fall asleep in the chair while they were working which gave them a bit of a shock but that's how un painful it was, and that's how calming they work. They were more than happy to answer and questions I had.”

“10/10 They are slightly pricy, however staff are nothing but accommodating and well-mannered. They were able to fit me in next-day during the holiday season which most other surgeries weren't able to do and gave me an appointment for tooth removal within a week, taking care to making sure it was suited to my schedule. The dental surgeons are super professional and walked me through the entire procedure. Would recommend!”

“The vet I had was amazing with my cat and gave us lots and lots of advice about moving with him. Not only covering advice to make his trip easier but also things we can do beforehand and ways to put him into the carrier easier. My appointment was rescheduled to be earlier as the vet wasn't feeling well. But I didn't mind as the vet's love for her job and customer service skills shone through despite feeling unwell.”

When my inlay came out, she replaced it with a crown as she recognised that it would last longer. After many years of bad advice from previous dentists who ignored my bleeding gums, I can finally brush my teeth with no blood.”
