“Walk-in Ear wax removal- AMAZING! I had a build up of wax in my right ear, I used ear drops which only made it worse. I could barely hear in that ear which made me miserable for the two days it was completely blocked. I had spent about an hour calling around different places for the micro suction and there were either no appointments or they wanted to charge the earth. This pharmacy was the last I called and they could see me within the hour. I saw Mr Shah who was super helpful. The wax was very stubborn despite the softening drops I had been using but Mr Shah was determined to get it out and he did. I can hear again and I cannot thank him enough!!!!! And at only £35 for the one ear, he was by far, one of the cheapest. Highly recommend this place!!!! Thank you!!!”

There was an occasion when there was an issue with the PCR test, the Pharmacist took charge and resolved it, within 10 minutes a correct certificate was issued. The receptionist was very nice and helped booking an appointment in the most geographically convenient clinic for me, she was able to offer an appointment within an hour in waterloo, the clinic is in front of the station so super easy to get to. The consultation was with doctor Jay B., friendly an knowledgeable, he went above and beyond the call of duty, understood my anxiety and gave me a call as soon as he had the results back from the Lab, I truly appreciated it. The price, £55, for the consultation seems fair considering you virtually have to wait only few minutes or hours to see a real doctor in central London, in a nice, clean and perfumed clinic, I’m not sure I would pay an higher price though. At the current rate I will definitely use them in the future if needed. I have notice and appreciated also the attention to the privacy, the form filled at the arrival in the clinic was processed by the receptionist and then shredded immediately while the lab results have been shared electronically with me via email with access via a secure site protected by password. Thanks”
