"The ladies behind the counter are very sweet. Had appointment with Ali for ear wax removal. I mentioned I suffer from Anxiety. The ear wax removal was very painful, he mentioned to me scary stuff like “last time when I did the ear wax removal I had to call an ambulance and sent the guy straight to the hospital when I did the ear wax removal”. WHY would you even mention this to a person with anxiety? I can only advise everyone to use first the ear drops/olive oil and hope it works. I got scarred for life as it was so painful and I lost all trust in Ali because he was constantly saying “it doesn’t hurt” when it obviously did. He gave me a follow up appointment for free but I cancelled it. Update in reply to the owner's reply: I used eardrops/olive oil for 2 weeks prior to my appointment. I mentioned it to Ali. recollections may vary ;-)"
