“An absolutely thrilling experience viewing a re-run of Top Gun Maverick in Dolby Cinema. I believe it’s the first independent Dolby Cinema site in the world! Amazing. The venue has the privilege of being located inside the wonderfully restored Battersea Power Station. I have visited their boutique cinema in the Arches at the complex and I have always been a fan of their cinemas but the newly opened Dolby Cinema is pure magic. The sound is absolutely out of this world and the picture is stunning. I can compare this to the Dolby Cinema Odeon in Leicester Square and this venue beats it hands down. Far better seats ensuring a brilliant view even for shorter customers. Amazingly dark so you can really experience the contrast visually and totally immersive and clean sound that makes you feel the audio but doesn't deafen you. Five out of five stars seems stingy to be honest. I just wish I could give it more. I left this beautiful venue last night with a grin on my face! We will be seeing Avatar in 3D tomorrow. Bring it on!”

“I have never been disappointed by this shop! You can find pretty much anything that you will find in a supermarket. Baby food, 10kg rice bags, meat, Indian spice, a wide range of snacks, frozen foods, fresh vegetables, fruits, big bags of onions for great prices, curry leaves, dosa batter.. anything! And of course it’s an off-licence!”

“Sam is an absolute legend and knows his stuff. Went in here a week and a half ago needing to buy 6 or so bottles of wine to host a wine club with friends. I gave Sam the brief of what kind of experience I was looking to drive with my mates and he delivered! I was hosting a blind tasting with an elimination format and I wanted 3 bottles of Riesling and 3 bottles of Pinot Noir. It was important for me to have each bottle come from different countries, with characteristics that may trip people up, and at a classic high, medium, low price point. Sam took me around his shop, he explained what made each bottle unique, and how it would compare to the others. I walked away feeling really confident I had a good selection and a couple of nights later, so did my friends - bravo Sam, bravo. Thank you for helping me host my first wine club.”

Staff were great. Had no towels in my room but that was quickly sorted. Great value and great service. Breakfast excellent value and quality. Well done to the team and I'll be back again I'm sure.”
