“Lovely Greek restaurant on Portobello Road. The waitresses are Greek so we asked for their recommendations. The beer was great and food delicious. The decor was good and Greek music was playing. Definitely go here if you are around.”

“We absolutely loved the Portobello! We had two rooms for our group. Both rooms were lovely, very clean, with all sorts of great touches. I’m a clean freak when it comes to bathrooms and hotel rooms, and everything was extremely clean. Staff was kind, helpful, and welcoming. Location was perfect as well, right in Nottinghill. Shops, cafes, restaurants all within walking. We will definitely stay again, next time we visit London. I highly recommend!”

“The location is great, right near Hyde Park and some metro stations. A simple space, yet a comfortable one. (The stairs make for a great work out!) Guests were respectful. Staff was nice and helpful ✨ Would stay again.”

“I came to the place very stressed about getting my septum piercing done, which I wanted for years but was very scared. the team was lovely and calm me down (even offered me a teddy bear to hold while I'm there). the piercer (which I forgot to ask her name) was amazing. she was so gentle and caring and turned this fear I had in my head to a great experience. 10\10 recommend!!”

“Great little hidden gem just off the main road of nothing hill, went in for a quick brunch in this Italian restaurant, ordered the pizza with burrata and sautéed aubergine, literally cooked to perfection bar and sauce and also a goats cheese and beetroot with salad nice little dish to share with the pizza. Loved the decor heaters on the inside to keep you warm and lovely staff that do care how the meal is.”

“A good option: normal rooms, kitchen, bathroom and toilets, TV and wi-fi. Close to buses to the center and overground. The nearest metro is Kensal Green - 10 minutes walk. The staff is correct and responsive - quickly answers the phone and e-mail, ready to help. Depending on the weather, you can dine on the terrace.”

“Stayed here for 2 months for a work project and enjoyed my stay very much. Location is excellent, very close to Portobello Road Market, local restaurants, shop and tube station. The apartment had everything from washer dryer, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living spaces. Will book again!”

“I went to get the jewellery on my two-month old piercings changed out. After a short wait upon walking in, the piercer examined my piercings and noted that they are still healing, and that I should wait until three months have passed before I should change anything. The people working here were very friendly and professional, plus their jewellery selection is very enticing. Providing I'm in the area, I'll come back for services in the future.”

“Absolutely outstanding service. Everything is always wonderful. You won’t get a better welcome in a London hotel. This is our third stay and each time I love it all the more. Great rooms, very comfy beds, location is perfect, and the staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and make you feel so welcome. The breakfast is excellent too, and great cocktails. One of the most dog friendly hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Top marks!”

“Choosing Agnes and Pavel as your dog walkers will be one of the best decisions you ever make and I mean that very genuinely. Firstly, they are 100% reliable - they have never let me down on a single walk in over a year, they are always on time and have often stepped in at the last moment to take my spaniel Peanut when I've been stuck late at work. They absolutely *love* the dogs they walk and really care for their welfare. They send loads of photos so you can see how your pup is getting on during the day (they're always having a blast and looking delighted to be out with Agnes and Pavel). They also offer a boarding service for when you're on holiday. My dog Peanut is pretty devoted to me, but when she sees Agnes at the door, I may as well not exist! I think that reaction says everything really. Agnes and Pavel are also wonderful people to have in your life - they are very kind and considerate and really go above and beyond. When I was ill with chicken pox earlier this year (bad luck!) Agnes took Peanut for extra long walks and also delivered food (and coffee) to my front door. Honestly, best decision you'll ever make! I couldn't recommend them more highly. If they agree to walk your dog - you're very lucky!”

“The hotel has a great location (bus and subway just across the street) and plenty of food options as well. The bedrooms and shared bathrooms were extremely clean and towels were changed daily. The staff was also very kind and helpful (Marius welcomed us and helped us with the luggage on our way out). Would definitely come back, great value for the money.”
