Service is fantastic and it's a great set of guys in here, I genuinely look forward to going in and having a laugh with them. We have been tenants at our flat for just over four years and we have never had an issue with getting in contact with the office or getting quick replies/actions. We have always been dealt with professionally and warmly, including during COVID lockdown when times were tough for everyone. When we have had small issues with our lovely flat (only wear and tear), the team have always been very quick to get it resolved, deal with plumber/electrician directly and accommodate any work around our busy schedules.
