“I think a lot of local mechanics use this place to order their spare car parts. Staff very friendly and helpful,but it can get busy, and parking is hit-and-miss. Instead of ordering my wiper blades from eg. Amazon, I looked this place up online, and drove there, picked up my item within the hour, drove round to my local mechanic, he kindly replaced my worn-out wiper blades, the same afternoon, didn't charge because he knows me. I take my car to him for annual service, if needed and annual mot.”

Mr Khan was brilliant absolutely and fantastic . he was so helpful. we have had the sofa delivered and as we were renovating we did not open it until about 5 weeks after delivery. he has been so accommodating and has asked me to email the store so that he can help me get the cushions even after the delivery. fantastic service all round and i would always buy from DFS ROMFORD STORE because of the help and service provided by Mr Khan.
