“A wonderful little hotel very close to the centre of Richmond. I stayed 3 nights for work and will definitely choose to stay there again next time I'm down. The staff were very welcoming and the room while small was perfectly formed with everything you need. Very happy to have stayed there.”

“Stayed over night while visiting friends in the area. Lovely clean, large room. It is an old build so there are a lot of stairs and no tea making facilities in the room but guest are welcome to use the large kitchen to make drinks. There is a generous continental breakfast and the host is welcoming and chatty without being intrusive or overbearing. It is about 1 minute from the station.”

“What an absolutely fabulous hotel. This hotel is steeped in history and the decor and staff uniforms pay homage to the past. However, the whiskey bar run by Daniel is amazing, take some time to speak to him and let him. walk you through the whiskeys, then nip into "40 Elephants", the cocktail bar in the hotel and have the staff detail the cocktails and why the chandelier is like it is - the place is fabulous. - cannot recommend it enough.”

The room was amazing, the spa was a hidden gem and breakfast was very good too. All for a reasonable price. I would recommend.”

“Excellent stay. Super efficient location and I loved the touch screen buttons on the bed that controlled the lights and room temperature. Breakfast was great and lots of options to choose from. Very nice bar staff and one of the guys at breakfast was so noticeably kind, caring and welcoming to everyone who walked in the lobby. Not sure if he was the manager but it didn’t go unnoticed. “Really good apartment to use as a base for visiting London. The place was clean and spacious with great facilities, including a washing machine, large TV, hair driers, toiletries and a kitchen with toaster, microwave etc. They even provide washing up liquid and a tea towel. Its location very close to Finsbury Park tube station means it's a quick journey from King's Cross or Euston Stations. This makes it excellent for getting into the centre of London quickly. There are several cafés and restaurants nearby, as well as a handy Tesco Express. There was tea, coffee, biscuits and fruit at the apartment when we arrived so we just needed to pick up some milk and things for breakfast. The area was surprisingly quiet at night. Our family found the beds very comfortable but not that large. The bathrooms are really nice with excellent showers. The apartment also felt secure with its key card entry. You collect the key card from a key safe at the office just around the corner using a code they email to you, so arriving late is no problem. You don't need to check out either, you can just leave the key card there, which makes things easy. As we left, the staff were already waiting to clean the apartment for the next guests. We would happily start here again for a short visit to London.”

“This was a really lucky find, I am so glad it was where I ended up after having to quickly find somewhere to live for a six-month contract in London. The building manager Selna really put in the time, made sure I was able to move in to the building around the start date for my job and helped settle me in when I arrived after a long train ride. The rest of the staff were really friendly as well and always made sure to check in the whole time I was there. The studio was a good fit for this kind of stay - It’s a large amount of space for London, nicely decorated and you get a good view of the high street if you’re staying in during the day. Along with this there's a kitchen unit and bathroom which were really decent along with a communal laundry room on the ground floor. There's also an option for a really fair priced cleaning service you can opt for separately which on some busy weeks was perfect. I honestly couldn’t have found a better location for working in central London, there’s an overground and underground station less than 5 minutes walk away, along with bus stops right outside the front door. Supermarkets and other stores for everything else you will need are all a short walk away too. Despite this the building is quiet, neighbors and other guests were really respectful and friendly. Overall, you’d struggle to find somewhere else like this – They’ll make sure you’re taken care of, good quality spaces and the transport links are fantastic for getting around London. Couldn't recommend it highly enough and I'll be trying to get back in whenever I have to work in the area.”

“As a single woman moving abroad during pandemic period, I would not be able to make a better decision. The Quarters became a family to me with its lovely people (special thanks to Victoria and Rebecca), rooms, facilities (cleaning, gym, onsite restaurant) and security systems (24/7 security). The location of the building is so convenient that, I had an easy access to grocery shops, pharmacies, hair dressers, cafes, public transport, and cinemas in minutes. The onsite restaurant has always priority to the residents and their foods are very fresh. I would like to say thank you to the team for making accommodation so easy, affordable, comfortable and safe.”

“Nice place to play! There is a large and smaller pond to walk around and feed the ducks and geese. Lots of shaded woodland areas if it's a really hot day. On occasion we have found litter but overall a lovely place to go”
