“Had to book two rooms last minute due to finding our AirBnB room was absolutely disgusting, having travelled down for a family funeral. Leah from reception was great, really helpful and accommodating, fitting us in and sorting requests for extra towels, blankets and a heater. On the whole, customer service has been brilliant. Can't fault the team (only two visible members of staff - working very hard). Credit to the chain and their hotel. Cant thank them enough”

“I’ve been ordering from China Red for the last year and a half and their food never ceases to amaze me, it’s my go to takeaway when I have guests over and everyone compliments how tasty it is! “Ordered straight from the website to avoid paying deliveroo fees, order came earlier than expected and the delivery man was VERY lovely about having to wait outside the door. Had a starter, pasta and dessert for about £20, food came piping hot and freshly made (I had pasta with vegetables and calamari, so would notice if it wasn't!). Very happy with my order and the service! I must've missed a space to leave a tip while paying but at least leaving this review”
