“Speaking about my experience in this clinic, I can definitely say that I am very satisfied. Very professional attitude, at the same time very warm and understanding. Very easy to make an appointment, flexible times. So if you are owl like me - you don`t have to suffer in the mornings or during the daytime - the clinic will find the opportunity to make the meeting after 4 o`clock, which I find fantastic, this is the exact time when I am ready to speak and see people. Speaking about clinic staff, they are great. Secretary Hannah Matthews, Doctor Bhatia - they do their job on a high level that I have never seen before. I was lucky to meet Dr Bhatia who is responsible for his job and most importantly, he loves it. This is the story of when a person found his destiny, the destiny bestowed on him by fate. This is a story when a person from the heart and soul helps people to find stability and peace. From our first meeting, he everytime very carefully analysed my situation, read between the lines, asked those questions that are relevant to my case and revealed the true reason why I was suffering from it. At the same time, communicating with him is like when you communicate with a close friend with a cup of tea. This inspires me very much. I think he is a gifted person on what he does and he does it professionally. Thanks to him, for the first time in so many years, I did not experience dangerous manic episodes and a deep attack of depression, which I had every, every damn year! I cannot even believe it, can I finally live stable like all normal people, It turns out yes I can. WOW”

“My son was the first child to enter the doors of Lotties preschool on their opening day at just 2 years old. He goes 3 days a week and absolutely has loved every minute. He's made so many good relationships with other children close friendships that will carry on when he moves onto primary school also close bonds with his teachers they are fun, kind, helpful and enthusiastic about the job that they do making it so easy to get along and talk to and my son adores each and everyone of them. Iv never had any complaints regarding my son attending if any issues occur they are dealt with very quickly & efficiently. They eat well and a wide variety of fruit & snacks offered throughout the session. The routine at Lotties is great all the children who attend know exactly what happens as the times they need to and all join in the routine and find it most enjoyable. My son is now nearly 4 and he has grown so much a little more every day that he attends. Conversation is amazing and is able to tell me everything that he's done in his time at preschool and he is always happy and positive when talking about it. I am so glad that I chose to send my son to Lotties preschool and wouldn't of chosen anywhere else for him to progress really happy overall they have been very accomodating throughout the years, understanding, professional and a great team that work together so well and my son will be very sad to leave to go to big school as he has become part of the furniture. Very highly recommended preschool and I will continue to recommend and praise for a long time to come. Well done to all the staff and thank you :)”

“THE RIGHT PLACE FOR YOUR BABY! My oldest daughter is in the nursery for the last 3.5years and my baby son just joined Les Enf. The main points you would probably be interested in: the rooms are very clean, toys are mostly wooden and a lot of developing ones, amazing messy activities, massive newly refurbished garden with a veg pot and different activities' areas (kids spend a lot of time outside especially if the weather is good; if it's rainy there are covers and roofs so kids can still enjoy fresh air), ALL THE FOOD IS FRESHLY COOKED!!! For me this was the main point. I've seen stuff preparing berries and fruit shakes for snacks. After 3.5years my daughter didn't have an irritated bottom even once. 3 years ago we used to pay for additional activities for kids: dancing, sport (Sporty Stars)... Now it is all included in the price: Sporty Stars, French lessons (ones a week). Also Les Enf is using their nappies and wet wipes in the baby room so we don't need to provide it. They were also organizing some fun events for the kids: eg brought different small animals to show kids, garden parties etc. I've visited a lot of nurseries in Beckenham area and would definitely put Les Enfants on the 1st place. Staff really cares about kids and that's is why my daughter never said "I don't want to go there mummy" HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by a happy mum of two!:-)”

“my son has been attending bay tree since August last year and he is so happy there when he arrives he kicks his feet with excitement. The stuff always happy to help you and always have time to say hello or bye to my son when he arrives or leaves. the atmosphere is always fun, happy and upbeat i couldnt ask for better place for my 16 month old to be when he not able to be with me.”
