"The main advice I can offer to prospective parents looking at the school is to be sure to delve past the marketing. Check out the relevant qualifications of all teaching staff, including the Principal (there is no qualified Headteacher). Ask about the high turnover of both staff and pupils. Above all else, thoroughly question the use of restraint, the techniques used and the training behind them."
