“Decided to try something a bit different. The California looked interesting and I like strong tastes so wasn't put off by the gorgonzola cheese on it. This pizza was truly delicious. I expected the blue cheese flavour to be overwhelming but it wasn't at all and simply complemented the overall taste. If you prefer a 'lighter' pizza (and yes I like meaty ones as much a anybody else) then this is the one for you. Fantastic and perfect for a hot day when a 'heavy' pizza might be a bit too much.”

“I really love their pizza and have been a regular customer since they opened the shop. The staff are nice and my order has always come to me quickly and was hot and fresh. The ingredients are high quality and delicious. I’ve told friends about it but thought I should write a review to let folks know. In Richmond they’re my go to for a nice night in. Update: I ordered again this evening and I messed up my order on a Deliveroo. I gave them a call and they looked after it without any issue. Really great service. Thanks guys!”

“I am a fan of Pizza Express and recently visited this branch for a quick dinner. The staff were accommodating with my booking. One staff member named Nat was so friendly & patient as they explained how I could use the Pizza Express app and claim rewards - please pass on our thanks! Also noted how clean the restaurant was, it was practically spotless! As always, food was delicious! Certainly recommend the Romana pizzas. The lovely Gloria is an absolute dream to work with and always makes sure we are well looked after. Not forgetting the amazing quality of the food! You're leaving negative reviews about their pizza's but not taking into account they are being delivered by a third party company. You need to take your issues up with Just Eat and their inability to deliver a pizza. Why pay more via an app when you can go there, order fresh and cheaper over the counter and get a great pizza!”

“When I go visit some friends by Richmond, we sometimes order some pizzas from this Papa John's. Great quality coming out of this establishment. They recently renewed the store as well, it looks great. But do take my reciew with a grain of salt, since Papa John's is my favoured fast pizza venue when compared to Dominoes and the likes!”

“As a customer you'd need to be very understanding, I went there in person, and from what I saw they are struggling especially at busy times such as Friday evening...the manager was working all alone and he declined to make me a milkshake because he was too busy, which was disappointing. We were staying at Doubletree Hilton, my wife rang for a delivery asap, You was very helpful on the phone and delivered 2 steaming hot pizzas in 15mins!!
