I am continually doing the exercise that he taught me, my injured part has gone better and improved. “Mr Mata is one hell of a practioner. Excellent bedside manner - very modest and doesnt show any arrogance as it sometimes happens somewhere else. Explains everything patiently and very thorough. Most importantly he clarified incorrect diagnosis made by a private practioner which would put me thruough many unnecessary treatments and possibly a surgery. Instead I received sets of simple stretch exercise which removed, after 3 months of disciplined execution, the pain completely. Thank you Mr. Mata. You are a star in my humble opinion. “So I came here to get my Covid Vaccination. This is actually some sort of sports (football and rugby) training centre. I get the impression it has affiliations with England (both FA and English Rugby). But I can't comment on this. In terms of Vaccination, this was very efficient. I parked up and after checking some details I was led inside to a cubicle where a medical professional asked me some routine questions. Then I got the jab. Took all of about 5 secs..! Was told to wait on my car for 15 mins before driving. All in all very efficient.”
