When I started my physiotherapy I had difficulty walking, lifting weights, sleeping, and even sitting in my office chair, which made my every day life very difficult, especially as the father of a toddler. “Family orientated club. I have been going on and off for over 30 years now. It’s a great second home to all kids and adults alike. If you’re an adult and want to get fit yourself, get back into it or just meet others trying the sport out then it’s a great place to go. If you want to set your child(ren) up for life with basic skill such as, co-ordination, strength, flexibility, and general fitness, get them along. I’m already taking my 20 month old daughter along to the parent and toddler classes and she loves it (soft play with structure). Can’t recommend it highly enough.”

“I train taekwondo and kickboxing here under Grandmaster Nardizzi (taekwondo) and Mr Jason Ogden (kickboxing) . GM Nardizzi has been the best instructor i have trained under over the years. With the nature of my job, im often moving around the country and training taekwondo under different instructors. But hands down GM Nardizzi is the best instructor ive trained under. I only started kickboxing at Impact last year under mr ogden. He too is one of the best martial arts instructors ive trained under. He has trained up fighters to become kickboxing national champions. His classes are very welcoming and very vigorous and if youre looking for a good work out and a great teacher his classes are where to go!”

“Lovely swimming school with excellent teachers. They take great care in ensuring children are happy and comfortable in the water before teaching them excellent technique in each of the four main strokes. The classes are a good size, allowing for individualised instructions where required and as they progress the children gain stamina, speed and confidence. They also provide feedback and updates on children's progress, moving them up levels when they need to or identifying areas in which they could improve. A great swim school that we'd highly recommend.”
