Grace has been so supportive, kept me updated, reassured me and helped me no end when I was stressed. She will always explain what is happening, when I have needed it, in terms that I actually understand. I feel as though not only has she been my agony Aunt but has become a friend. Grace has been through every emotion with me, has always checked back to see if I was ok, which proves what a caring, thoughtful, lovely person she is! She goes above and beyond her job role, Grace is a credit to Wards, they are so lucky to have her as part of their team. Shannon has been a great help to me when I have phoned the office, always cheerful and friendly, always a pleasure to speak to her. I also feel that Paul definitely deserves a mention too as he has been so supportive to me, again so so helpful and nothing seems too much trouble, even phoning to check how things are going when it’s not going to plan! I always feel that he is very approachable and will always give me great advise. These three members of your staff are a credit to Wards. “Lovely little walk around the lake at the back of Bluewater. Wished I had known about it when my daughter was younger. "The very hungry caterpillar" trail to follow, answering questions along the way. Fact boards dotted about the trail with info on different wildlife around the site. Little wooden play area. Can feed the ducks/geese but signs say NO BREAD. Bird seed or defrosted peas is better. Will go again!”

“Small but well kept, so let's keep it that way! Very picturesque pond - see my photos. Takes about 45 minutes to do a complete lap of the woods, the long way around. Free parking, but there is donation box.”

“Ronnie looked after my jack Russell and Lakeland terrier cross two brothers called Ronnie&Reggie while I was playing in a golf tournament they can be abit of a handful to say the least first time they had been to her what a lovely lady puts you at ease straight away that she will take care of the two Herbert’s to be honest I felt more worried for her lol but she had them under control in no time sent me photos and updates of them all out enjoying the walk together in fact I think didn’t really want to come home they enjoyed themselves that much fed them dinner when home both flat out on the sofa very content terriers I cannot recommend Ronnie enough even gave both of them a kiss goodbye patience of a saint!!! if you need someone to look after your dogs and in safe hands look no further will definitely use again if my numbers not barred lol thanks again Ronnie rgds Jimmy”
