"Receptionist was rude when booking my appointment. On appointment day I called ahead and was told that the appointment wasn't even booked! I had arranged childcare to attend which was not needed. Now I've got to arrange childcare again for a new appointment given to me. Unbelievably frustrating. Previously, the dentist gave me a temporary filling which came out a few weeks later a d then refused to see me because of lock down. Needless to say, I'll be changing my dental surgery."

"If I could put 0 stars I would. Absolutely useless dentist, completely ruined my tooth then refused to fix the problem; then referred me to another dentist for an appointment 2+ months later so I ended up paying & going elsewhere. Receptionist is lovely, dentists are useless."

"This is not a good practice. After having severe pain that appeared to be in 2nd molar which I had initially repaired there with a filling I was told it is due to wisdom tooth. I was referred to the hospital for extraction however this takes months to take place after initial referral. I was given antibiotics to treat the infection which helped only for little while. I had to comeback because the pain was back. I was told that I can’t have anymore antibiotics ( which is understandable) but I was also told that there is nothing he can do and that I need to await the wisdom tooth extraction in pain! I thought I will put pressure on the hospital to have it removed sooner and I kept calling and e mailing them. They performed CT scan and told me that the infection is indeed in the 2nd molar and it needs root canal before the surgery is performed. I went to different private dentist who performed root canal and left me pain free on same day! I took so many painkillers, ordered more antibiotics online because I thought I didn’t have other choice when clearly the dentist couldn’t care less. During my visits I felt like I’m bothering him with the same thing. Total lack of consideration. At one point he even didn’t let me sit in the chair and wouldn’t look and just told me he can’t do anything. Absolute nightmare. I am disgusted that someone like this gets to practice dentistry. I will never go back there again!!!"
