“Amazing pharmacy- always quick turn around, delivery even late into the evening. Normally meds received within 24 hours of prescription- quickest was within 2 hours! When I was out and they tried to deliver, left me a card to call them and then meds came next day. Also super helpful with my grandparents medication and arranging deliveries through covid. Such helpful and friendly staff too when you get them on the phone or WhatsApp. I recommend to everyone esp those with elderly relatives.”

“I have been to this pharmacy for years now and I’ll admit that I can see an huge improvement since the last team left. At last the place is clean now, dust free and smell nice. The new team is friendly, fun and take the time to explain what’s happening with Pharmacy and NHS in giving us the proper informations how to obtain our prescriptions on time. I can see that they are struggling but always take the time to give us a smile and I could just come to hear the funny Swiss Man say my name with his lovely accent. Anyway good luck guys we ALL support you. I hope you enjoyed the chocolate I bought You, I know it’s a small gesture but was from my heart. “Lovely counter staff - always helpful. My elderly parents both have lengthy prescriptions and these are dealt with well. There WERE teething problems when Paul left but no-one has ever been rude or arrogant. They are terribly busy at times and sometimes you have to wait. But it's never the end of the world and may not even be their fault. I'm glad Horsell has a good Pharmacy.”

“Rowlands pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have been to in the entire area by far. I urgently needed medication for my 10 month old child and they ordered it for next day delivery. When it arrived they SMS'd and called me so I could come get the medication before they closed. On collection it literally took me longer to park then get the meds. “I ordered a Hurtta coat for my dog but it didn’t fit and unfortunately I had to send it back for a bigger size, when I received it it also didn’t fit. I then spoke to Graham several times who was so helpful and understanding and he helped me find the right size for my dog and after the third order this one fits perfectly. The customer service was great and they were so helpful despite me ordering three times and sending the items back. I very much appreciate the help and advice they gave me and will definitely be ordering from them again.”
