Some negative reviews on here, I would question some customers rather than staff - I always go in, smile (behind my mask) and say hello. The staff are doing a difficult job in a challenging time - I've witnessed customers pack into the shop, not social distance, be unrealistically demanding during a pandemic, then complain (seriously, who complains about passport photos in a pandemic?!). Try walking a day in the employee's shoes, I think they do brilliantly.”

“I have been with Goddard’s (formerly Winter’s) for many years and can’t recommend them highly enough! Lana , the head vet, is amazing. She shows such care to the animals and is extremely knowledgable and professional. The veterinary nurses are all wonderful - friendly, helpful and kind, and most of all, it’s clear that they love all the animals that visit them. Their prices are very reasonable and they also offer a “pet plan” whereby you pay a monthly amount and receive free flea/ worming treatments for the duration of the policy and also free annual health check and vaccinations! Well worth the £13 a month I pay for my cats! The added bonus of course is that they are very local and so I don’t need to worry about the stress of getting the cats in the car and travelling to a vet further afield. I absolutely recommend them!”
