"Pretty sure they hate locals and anyone who comes to shop nearby. They actively come out and haggle people trying to park there cars. There is free parking on their front, come and park there just to toy with them. Caused a lot of traffic and car shenanigans because they refused to let you park there unless you're a customer. All you need to do is walk inside and pretend to shop in their Pharmacy."

"I’d like to nominate one of the members of staff from here for the “Rudest Person in the World” award. Wether it’s correcting you on how you pronounce your own name, making faces at customers behind their backs AND at you while you’re looking at her (maybe she doesn’t realise she’s making them) or just being condescending and unprofessional at any possible opportunity this woman goes above and beyond to be as rude as humanly possible, you really have to admire the effort. The other staff are pretty nice though!"

"Do not go to this pharmacy if you like good customer service and polite staff. It is one of the worse shops I've ever been to. The staff are rude. Their faces are miserable. They will try and refuse a return of an item despite it being within your rights to return it as they did with me and be sure to look at the price tag of any item offered at manufacture discount because they might find a way to avoid giving the discount by marking the price up. I bought a deodorant there today which was priced at £1.45, 0.45p more expensive than Super Drug, Sainsbury or Boots anyway. There was also another one with a manufactures label showing 50% free on it but they priced it at 0.30 more than the smaller one so in effect the customer would not be getting the 50% free! They'll be paying for it!! Because I wasn't a push over and wouldn't go until I got a refund a customer service person kept calling me crazy and to call the police. I'd bought both bottles of deodorant as an experiment. Someone else told me they were refused a refund by them in the past despite being within the correct time frame. 15 minutes after buying the deodorant I asked to return the so called 50% free one, they didn't want to give me a refund. I stood my ground while they spent ages looking on the internet to research whether or not by law, they had to give me a refund!! They didn't want to refund my £1.75p!! This story goes on but to cut it short. This is an NHS approved pharmacy! In my experience, the customer service is shocking, they don't abide by the law with refunds and their pricing is boarder line. Go that little bit further to another pharmacy where you will be treated with respect because you wont get it here Update: The reply below only proves the point. No apology. No concern for their customer. Only an effort to show the customer up to be a liar. Check the internet. They have no reviews any where! I left a review on the NHS website which was declined. Protected by the moderator. It seems you can only leave a good review on the NHS website which is why there are none! This is an NHS approved pharmacy! Would a customer refuse a refund? I think not. That alone is enough to see the reality of what went on here. My hope is that this company realises they can't keep treating customers like this and there not be a consequence. Change is inevitable or one day someone will complain to higher bodies for sure. Other people reviewing this company here have pretty much said the same as me about the very rude staff there. I'll never go back there again!"

"I do not usually go out of my way to write reviews, but they deserved it here. The customer awareness is like no other. A brilliant company with amazing customer/patient care and outstanding communication. I would thoroughly recommend them for their professional and vigilant approach to person centred care. The pharmacist even rings you to discuss your medication requirements and go through things in depth. I feel so well looked after with the confidence that I'm being cared for by a team of true professionals."

"Wonderful team that worked throughout the pandemic to look after us. Always polite and go above and beyond - Yesterday my prescription was short of tablets yet they ordered them straight away for delivery today, I thought super efficient and helpful. Some negative reviews on here, I would question some customers rather than staff - I always go in, smile (behind my mask) and say hello. The staff are doing a difficult job in a challenging time - I've witnessed customers pack into the shop, not social distance, be unrealistically demanding during a pandemic, then complain (seriously, who complains about passport photos in a pandemic?!). Try walking a day in the employee's shoes, I think they do brilliantly."
