“I cannot recommend Vets for Pets in Chadwell Heath highly enough. We have been coming here for years for treatment of our 2 cats and the love and care they received is second to none. Unfortunately we recently lost our little George who was rescued by Cheryl and then adopted by my dad. The care, respect and dedication to treatment Caroline showed George from the outset was amazing and we can never thank her enough for giving us the extra precious 6 months with him. They also diagnosed our other monster with diabetes and were great at showing us how to treat this at home and he is still thriving. Thank you for all you do xx”

“This vets — unlike many others in busy town settings — is easy to drive to just outside Romford and near Upminster. Set in quiet pretty countryside On the edge of a farm, there is plenty of easy free parking and a lovely relaxed clean-air atmosphere. I need this calmness when I take my anxious pet for attention! The staff are professional and caring . They seem to be up with the latest knowledge in what your pet needs and I am very happy that my cat Pixie now gets probably better attention than I do! Before booking I was given a tour and was very impressed with the fact that there was air conditioning and heating available to suit different weather conditions. This cattery is a lovely family run business that continued care and accommodate our 2 cats even though we were hours late to collect them from their 8 days stay and at no extra cost. The cost was very reasonable and even though I had the full amount at time of booking only a deposit was asked of me. Will definitely use the service again in the future.”

I was kept up to date with emails, and I received my order within 2 days of placing it. I was sent the tracking details which I could follow for updates and the delivery was fast, driver courteous and friendly, products were packaged well. I also sent AYP an email enquiry to which I got a reply and some help within 1 hour of sending it. The customer service was also very helpful and friendly.
