“Today I was trying desperately to find calamine lotion as there is a big outbreak of chicken pox and there is a shortage of calamine in the uk due to someone buying it all and selling the bottles on eBay at £50-£80 a bottle , I went to this pharmacy who didn’t have any but the empathy I received from the staff really touched me , while I was there a customer went home to get me some that she owned , to the lady that came and found me to tell me , god bless you ! “Nice quiet little establishment. Super helpful pharmacist and curtious staff... Never gave to wait long to be served, they offer a delivery service too if you can't go in to pick up your medication (ask or call for details) it's my preferred chemist, so my prescription goes to them anyways. If you need to call for advice (and don't fancy the wait for NHS direct advisors) I'd give it a try. The advice is practical, informed and professional.. Well what's not to like huh?”

“They're the best pharmacy I've used in the London borough of Hounslow. The staff are always extremely polite, courteous and friendly and go out of their way to help their customers. When using other pharmacies I often struggled to get certain hard to source medications and was left to call round pharmacies myself, or just go without. But the awesome Pharmacists at this pharmacy do all the calling for me, even contacting manufacturers to try and get my items. They even go over to the pharmacy to pick up the paper prescriptions for controlled medications, so we can order our repeats online and not need to worry about needing to fill in a separate paper version and then go and pick it up by hand etc. It's all done for us. 10/10 would recommend!”
