Call Of The Wild Zoo
“Loved it! Really beautiful butterfly house with tropical birds too. Very immersive and good for all ages. Indoor and outdoor exhibits so good for various weather conditions. We were very fortunate with the timing of our visit to the butterfly house as we got to see a butterfly emerging from it's chrysalis. Very educational.”
Battersea Park Children's Zoo
“Nice little zoo in the middle of London. Great place to spend a morning or afternoon with the kids. Nice enclosures with animals that all look well looked after, healthy and have enough living space. Also a big playground with swings, sandbox etc. And they sell coffee and ice cream, what else do you need!”
ZSL London Zoo
“Excellent place to visit with friends, family, kids, or even alone. There's a lot to see and to do so it's worthwhile to count on spending here at least 3-4 hours. The whole area of the zoo is well-kept, mostly accessible and easily walkable. There's a good availability of food, drink, restrooms, benches and other means for relaxation. The place can be easily visited and accessed both by car and public transportation. The staff was very friendly, engaging and shared a lot of useful and interesting information with us. It's definitely good value for money and a must see if you have the chance for visiting.”
London Marriott Hotel Regents Park
“I'd give service way more stars if I could! Location is in swanky Regents Park, so a little out of the way from Central London, but quick access to the tube on the Jubilee Line. I loved my stay here, the rooms were very clean with a deep soaking tub. They did a room refresh daily, so water, tea, coffee and biscuits were added each day. The lounge area was a hub for people, with a nice bar and restaurant. If traveling alone, you will definitely bump into people to chat if you want. Private members lounge was well staffed for breakfast, snacks and happy hour. Nice quiet place to relax after a long day or wait for someone. I felt very well taken care of and definitely recommend if not being in the center of everything is appealing.”
Zoo Shop & Exit
“Huge selection of zoo-related items with a friendly and helpful customer team on place”
Regents Park - Primrose Hill Apartment (Stay In A City)
Everything But Elephants
“Ollie has been such a wonderful help to me as I start returning to the office. My cockapoo Louis loves his regular walks. Ollie is reliable, kind and he takes such good care of Louis. I know Louis is in safe hands with Ollie. Thanks for everything!”
Dogs Jump for Joy
“We absolutely love it here. Having 2 young dogs & 2 young children that can run free with no worries is amazing for all of us! Joyce is helpful & accommodating. Would recommend to anyone looking for a safe place to take your dogs☺️”
Chelmsford Bunny Lodge
“Excellent boarding facilities. Lou is extremely knowledgeable and highly experienced in small animal care. She is a reliable and conscientious individual that will go above and beyond. Highly recommended!!”
C&T Exotics
“C & T are a friendly and well informed team of people who are passionate about all things exotic with very reasonable prices. If your looking to add a reptile to your family, then you can't do much better than visiting Carl and his team.”
Paradise Wildlife Park
“This turned out to be a really enjoyable day out. The staff were very very friendly, the Keepers knew their animals and were happy to tell you about them. Nothing was too much trouble. The park was clean and kept clean the animals were wonderful and so enjoyable to watch. I'd like to thank the young lady with the porcupines, forgive me I can't remember your name, and Dennis with the Lions. The Speedway museum is closed on Mondays ( the day I went) but the young lady managed to ask somebody to open it especially for me to look in it, as I had gone to see it and also the animals. I recommend Paradise very, very highly, enjoyable day out, the staff are well trained and I cannot speak more highly of them. The food was good and reasonably priced, again with very happy to help staff. I came away very happy with my day out.”
Dorset Square Hotel
“If you want to feel cared for while visiting London, this is the place to stay. The staff are incredibly attentive, and make great recommendations. The restaurant has delicious food morning, noon and night.”
Kew Little Pigs Farm
“Amazing morning! Loved the farm and meeting all the pigs. They’re so affectionate and happy. Becky and Claire were fab! Definitely be back again. We were in luck and managed to see 5 piglets too! Day made xxx”
Freightliners Farm
“Interesting little city farm. Great place for small kids, and even as an adult it was fun to have a look at the chickens, bunnies, guinea pigs, goats, pigs and cows. One of cows had decided to take a little walk outside of its stable and caused some commotion among the keepers, and a lot of sympathy from the kids :) A good place to spend half an hour away from the surrounding big city vibe and enjoy the view of a farm animal and a cup of tea.”
Hobbledown Heath
“Absolutely fantastic amazing adventure playground for children, there is a large indoor soft play adventure playground and few outdoor adventure playgrounds, there are slides, zip lines and other activities. There is a small zoo with different animals and if you pay extra you can feed or pet them. The kids had such a fantastic experience here and I definitely think we will be back, I recommend people bring their children here and experience it for themselves, honestly I wish I was a kid again. Absolutely fantastic day out.”
Chobham Adventure Farm
“We had a great time with our 2 year old. Soft play inside great with varied areas suitable for littler ones and older (our little one liked to play in both). Great outdoor play including bouncy pillows, toddler climbing frame, older climbing frame (again loved both) and a sandpit. Then an animal barn to go and look at lots of different ones, the donkeys, pgymy goats and harvest mice were big hits, with option of petting zone at particular times. Great choice of hot/cold food and drink for kids and parents alike. Thoroughly recommend! They're hoping to add even larger seating area inside with softplay and a roleplaying village (we've been to roleplay centres before and toddler loved it) making it even more likely we'll come back on top of existing facilities.”
Hounslow Urban Farm
“Excellent cheap day out for the kids. The farm isn't massive but the range of activities and animals is impressive with live shows featuring birds, snakes and creepy crawlies. There is a small fair ground as well including bouncy castles and rides (though geared towards small children). You can't beat the price and my little one has just as much fun here as some of the more expensive options, such as Odds Farm, which in my opinion is overpriced.”
Woodside Animal Farm
“Amazing place to take younger children. My children absolutely love it. The animals are beautifully kept and there’s a park and soft play area too Go there a lot during the school holidays and weekends. A great experience.”
Barleylands Farm Park
“We had attended a birthday here, it's such a lovely place to visit with the kids, lots of different animals to see definitely worth it. There is also a soft play area for the kids to use up all of there energy ☺️”
Lee Valley Animal Adventure Park
“This visit was a last minute plan because almost all the other places were booked up. And I am glad that we found a spot. Its a massive place with so much for kids to do. The place is well maintained, the animal seem well taken care of! The bouncy castle was a hit and the food was good. We spent just about half a day and kids still didn't want to go home! They have so much space that they can easily get a theme park going which would be great!”
Deen City Farm
“It's really a great Farm with small place for children to play, also you can watch some kinds of animal like a cow, horse, chicken, pig ...etc. They have a coffee inside and small shop to buy some gift if you want.”
Dog's Park
“Fully fenced off park area where dogs are allowed off the lead. Commendable and appreciated effort by the local council to provide a canine-centric area; considering the barring of canids from Brookmill Park nearby it’s well in order. Well fenced in, hence a safe area for them to run free.”
The Caesar Hotel
“Very late post, since my visit was 5 months ago (in Oct 2022). The hotel is in a quiet and clean neighborhood. I didn’t have breakfast but it did smell very good every morning. There’s at least 2 underground stations very close by and Paddington (which we used to get back to LHR) was about a 20 minute walk, at most. Hotel is clean and staff is very helpful and friendly. All the touristy spots are not close by, but with it wasn’t an issue whatsoever for me since it’s so easy to get anywhere via underground. Would definitely stay here again.”
Best Western Palm Hotel
“Been staying at this hotel regularly for the past year. Rooms are generally clean and spacious. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location is great as well. Bus stop right outside, and tube station around 10 minutes away. Highly recommended for business travel and for families traveling on holiday.”
Danubius Hotel Regents Park
“Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your hotel. They compare thousands of booking web sites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is one of my favorites in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't be let down. Always have our manager meetings here and have always been impressed with the rooms, service and lunch provided”
