Lovely team working there, very personal and engaged with you and your puppy. Lovely little cafe on top of that; we sat and had a tea while we waited, and chatted with everyone. The result: Our little fluff ball looks and smells amazing. They didn't overdo it with the trimming, as well as taking all of our requests for what we wanted into account. If you are there, they will even come out and ask you what to do if they have any immediate decision points during the groom. Will be back for sure. Great to know they are there.”

She responds fast and fulfills what we need for the cats. She's very experienced in taking care of cats. Since our cats are very nervous, she's trying different ways to make them feel more comfortable, and tried different kinds of food to stimulate their appetite. She sent us photos of them so that we can see them from time to time. Since we sent cats half way round the world, we couldn't bring cat food and cat litter traveling with us, so I asked Kathleen for help. She's so kind and helpful by sending us everything, even a cat litter tray which I didn't ask for it. Thank you very much!!! I highly recommend this cattery!!!”
