"I recently ordered some goods and paid in full at the shop to be delivered the next morning. I rang at 9.30am to find out when the delivery would be made, they said within the hour. Then again at 11.30 and at 14.30 still no delivery. the guy at the store then spoke to me rudely and put the phone down on me. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Definitely would NOT RECOMMEND"
