“My Pomeranian has been groomed in Teddy Bear since they are newly opened. Tracy does the groom very professional! My fur baby is now 16 and has many health problems all in a sudden that I cannot deal with his groom by myself. However Tracy never turn me down and help as much as she could. She loves dogs whole heartedly and I would recommend Teddy Bear for everyone especially who has Pomeranian.”

“I am a café addict, always on the lookout for a lovely café. In my humble opinion, the Perk Coffee Shop is a hidden gem that I have been lucky to find. The decor and atmosphere is beautiful. I haven't eaten here yet but have had coffee which was delicious. It has a great layout and is fairly spacious whilst still maintaining a cosy, boutique atmosphere. A charming independent business that deserves to flourish.”

“We had a fantastic stay. We used it as a base to visit the Harry Potter studio tour which was only a ten minute drive away. The hotel was beautiful and clean and staff very helpful. The room was kitted out with a little fridge so my youngest could have her yoghurt in the morning. Breakfast staff very accommodating to my 2 excited children and because it was my sons birthday we even got an extra treat in our room and a birthday card for him which made his day. Short walk to town centre and Watford train station so will come again for London trip next year!”

“Open long hours, good stock and normally a fair choice of fresh produce. Staff are friendly and helpful. Self service tills are generally ok but are card only. A good local shop worth all our patronage, become a member and collect the reward points too.”

“Massive superstore with every conceivable item you could possibly ever want ranging from frozen food to fresh fruit and vegetables to clothes and tableware and more I really like the fact that within this store there is a McDonalds. Lottery Kiosk, Hair Salon, Card and Gift Shop, Dry Cleaning and toilets. Also the staff here are so friendly, polite and helpful which made a really enjoyable shopping experience. Huge car park with plenty of free parking and a petrol station too. Highly recommended.”

“Very beautiful hotel! The staff are very very helpful and friendly. If we needed any assistance the receptionist and the other staff as well helped us out very happily. We had breakfast for 2 days and there is a variety of food, from a Croissant to cornflakes. Absolutely loved the place!”

“We travelled to Tudorken Pharmacy from St Albans to have my 6 year old child vaccinated for covid. The chemist was amazing, talking with my child about the vaccine and how it works, and was so warm and friendly. It really helped reduce her nervousness. Also, he vaccinated so quickly and painlessly that both my child and I were surprised it was done. I highly recommend this pharmacy for children's vaccinations. Thank you very much, and see you in 3 months for the second dose.”

“Lovely new store. Shelves full of some known brands alongside some foreign brands. Prices are really cheap and great value for money. Instore bakery is really well stocked and has little veg pizzas which tasted really lovely. Easy to navigate around the store. Pushchair friendly. Clear signs for all the aisles. Not a big range of bread when I visited but the prices are really good. Less than 50p for a large loaf. Will buy one to try next time I’m there. They have loads of tills but only one or two open. I used the self check out which was really easy. Will visiting a few times a week I think to get some fantastic bargains. Not a lot of veg options in the freezer section. Only one type of veg burger that I don’t like. Loads of ice creams and desserts. The entrance is down the side and there is parking available in an underground car park. 55 spaces I think.”

“I was on a holiday with Mother and 2 children, 7 and 2. We were visiting Warner Bros Harry Potter tour. It could not have been more perfect for accessing the bus at Watford Jun. The staff were incredibly helpful with information on the area. We had a 2bedroom apt. It was lovely and big with all of the necessary accessories for a self catering stay.”

“A great store for home and gardenware of all kinds, along with stationery, tech items and a good-sized confectionery section - plus miscellaneous items such as bird feed and seasonal products including umbrellas for those unavoidable British downpours! The store also has a good selection of gift cards for a multitude of retailers, which are very handy for birthdays, anniversaries etc.”

“The store houses a vast range of cosmetics across many brands, including vegan. Perfume options are plentiful too, and all in all, whatever you need you will most likely find it in Boots - although I find Superdrug to be more affordable, as they offer greater discounts. Compare and contrast!”

“Lovely store. The lady in the chemist helped me out a few times with milk I had prescribed for my premature baby. She also helped out on a kidney stone issue. Store itself doesn’t always have what I’m looking for but that’s happening with a lot of Boots sites. Offers seem to be online only and sold out instore.”
