She pulls towards the door & the vets are always very friendly, with time for her. There's a lovely friendly vibe here that you don't often get in modern practice settings. And you know if my dog is happy I am happy because my dog's the customer.”

Friendly, happy staff who run a clean and homely place to stay. Walking distance to anything one could possibly need, with Beckenham being one of the more relaxed towns that I visited. “Staff are helpful and polite; huge range of food (although cannot get 1l bottles of soy sauce here) and you can bring your soft plastic to be recycled. Only downside is the bicycle parking: round the side of the shop which leaves bicycled vulnerable to thieves”
