“We’re about to collect our first pet ever, a beautiful cat from RSPCA. We headed to Pets at Home in Ruislip this evening for all our essentials. The wonderful Melanie Meyers was there to help us with all our questions, needs and allayed our fears. A brilliant experience thanks to the wonderful Melanie - we left all clued up, with the app and discounts and all stocked up!!”

“I went in for vaccinations but was explained that this might not be the best option for my pet. I’m really satisfied that my pet’s well-being was put above making me pay for services that weren’t required but also a genuine interest in getting my pet as well as possible (he’s HIV positive so this is important to me as a cat owner)”

“Quite a small hotel but in very lovely area! I felt looked after, there was always someone at reception. Rooms are little older and would need refurbishment, but all was very tidy and on good cleanliness level!”

“I have a 4.5 month old Staffordshire Bull Terrier and we started puppy classes at 3 months old. We joined for many reasons including socialisation for her and to also remind myself as it has been a long time since having a puppy! The classes have been really useful and the pups love it! Great training tips and play time! Homework provided each week and a nice folder supplied to keep that info in, along with photos that are taken each week - nice little touch! I definitely feel a lot more confident with my pup now and we will be continuing into the next stage of classes! Even if you don't feel your pup needs much training, I would still recommend these classes as it's fun for pups and at great value!”

They are well priced and from my last two visits they never push you to buy anything, they explain and ask if you want it done. “Ted has been going to plush pooches since her was about 9 months old and he is almost 4 now. We moved out of London and still drive the 1 hour for ted to be groomed because we have not found anywhere else that makes him smell so nice and to have such a clean and smooth cut. I love this place and will continue to take ted here for the rest of his life. The people are so lovely and patient and never turn me away even when I'm late sometimes. Ted loves it there and loves getting groomed by them. Thanks a million guys, you make me and my dog very happy.”

“Had a very comfortable night here before a procedure at the nearby Bishopswood Hospital. Lovely room with garden view, high-speed Internet, Netflix, sky etc. My only regret is I didn't get to spend longer here and had to skip breakfast!”

“We were upgraded on arrival to a suite. The suite was huge, classy and the facilities were amazing specially the jacuzzi. A very quaint friendly hotel which I would definitely stay at again. Super friendly staff and the commute to Wembley was so easy. Highly recommended”

“Gina has been walking my Labrador pretty much daily for a while now since I’ve returned to work and he absolutely adores her and always looks forward to his walks! “I came across Brittany’s Dog Services during a google search because I needed to find someone to look after my 2 dogs, Tugs and Rain, for 6 weeks over Christmas/New Years. And let me tell you - finding Brittany was the BEST decision I ever made for them. Over the entire 6 weeks I received daily pictures and updates on how the dogs were doing and when anything came up, she would let me know right away! Here are two perfect examples of our situation: Towards the end of our trip, Rain developed a very itchy ear and Tugboat had a nail grow into his paw pad. Brittany told me about both issues immediately and offered to help them with my approval first. She clipped Tugboat’s nails and every day until we got back, she diligently cleaned Rain’s ear. I loved how willing and ready she was to do this for them while I was away! When I came back from my trip, Brittany had left me an organized folder with all of my paid invoices, a hand-written daily/weekly log of both pups, and her business card. I loved reading all of the notes she left about the pups every day - they were so detailed and personalized for each pup. Even the smallest and sweetest things she would notice about them she would write down! What I really loved about Brittany was how she tailored her care for my 2 dogs. One of my dogs, Tugboat, is very social and friendly with anybody. My other dog, Raindrop, is more the opposite - she is anxious and takes time to warm up to new faces. Brittany knew this and understood that Rain needed a bit of a different approach. By the end of the first week, Rain was snuggling with Brittany and became her best friend! So I know no matter what kind of temperament your dog has, Brittany has the level of training, knowledge and experience to be able to work with you! Brittany is super polite, professional, dedicated, trustworthy, honest, and absolutely LOVES dogs & loves what she does - and when you hire her, you’ll know it because it shines through her work in every facet. If you are a dog owner and you’re looking for someone to take care of your furry best friend(s), LOOK NO FURTHER. Brittany is every dog owners dream come true. I am so incredibly blessed to have found her because now my heart and mind is at ease knowing I can leave my dogs with someone whom I trust - whether that’s for 6 weeks or a few hours, Brittany will always be my go-to. Not only do I now have a professional relationship with Brittany, but I am honored to say that she has also become a lifelong friend of mine. Thank you, Brittany, for going above and beyond for Tugboat and Raindrop. We love you! PLEASE hire her for all your dog needs. I promise your pup(s) will thank you! She is the best!”

“They had a microwave on the room, which was super handy as we went to the supermarket in front of the hotel and was able to cook food. The shower is lovely, hot water and nice pressure. Beds were comfy and room would get warm and cosy. They charge for parking but it’s £10 for the whole stay, which I think it’s fair considering it’s London and they are so close to a tube station. We left the car at the hotel and took the tube to town. The breakfast included was simple, no hot food included which they don’t disclose beforehand but it was enough. You still have coffee, tea, juice, toast, fruit, yogurt and cereals. They provided a gluten free cereal box for my mum and was also able to provide oat milk to us when we requested.”
