“I went to this pet shop to buy a pet budgie! So exciting! Although I’ve had one before it was just as exciting. I visited on a Saturday and walked in on a member of staff cutting a rabbits nails (cute)! So I head down to the birds section and had a good look as I did a lot of researching to refresh my memory on what to look out for. I believe all the animals I saw looked pretty healthy and in good condition. When I picked my Budgie the lady was very helpful and told me to call them if I had any concerns or questions- very nice of them. Would recommend. It is a small and easily accessible store. Can get there by bus or tram.”

“We went to the store yesterday to buy a tank and various essentials/accessories to prepare for my daughters first small pet fish. They had a great variety of products including lots of well-known character ornaments to put into the tank. The staff in aquatics were very helpful and ensured we got everything set up correctly for the fish we planned to buy the following day. Very informative and friendly. Today we took our daughter to choose the fish. The staff member, Matt, served us and he was amazing with my 5 year old daughter. He went out of his way to choose specific fish for her so she could tell the difference between them and was so welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much for making my daughters day! Went back a week later to get more fish and two shrimp. This time served by another gentleman with brown hair. He was really helpful and amazing at his job. Very informative about every aspect of the shrimp and fish. Thank you again for your help!”

“Really nice pet shop. We tried the massive ones, and were disappointed, this shop had all we needed and advice to go with it. My kids are really happy with their hamster and the cage was great value and looks like a lot of fun.”

Doctor Patrick is amazing and kind explained everything in person. Different of some clinics that I left a high amount of money before and all the information came from reception and flyers to read .”

“The most amazing company! First of all, the treats and goodies from here are fabulous and I highly recommend them for your dog! The treats are freeze dried and have amazing health benefits and my dog seems so much happier when she eats them! I HIGHLY RECCOMEND PURE WATER!! pure water is a god send when your dog is thirsty but refuses to drink water! Its my favourite item! Secondly, the people behind the company are amazing! “Shelley has walked our boxer Boycie for over a year and half, we couldn’t wish for a better person for him. Shelley is committed, professional, friendly, and trustworthy. Boycie has been challenging with other dogs, but he respects Shelley and loves his walks/runs at the private field. Shelley understands Boycie and his triggers. Boycie is such a better dog in packs now since being with Shelley. Shelley is always flexible with days, and adds in weekend field days too. We love receiving pictures of Boycie’s walks showing the fun his had. Boycie knows the days Shelley is coming and waits for her, runs too the door as soon as he hears the van (which may I add is another plus knowing the dogs travel securely too). Boycie is besotted with Shelley, howls when we replay videos and we call Shelley his 2nd mum. We would 1000% recommend Shelley.”

“Very efficient - greeted as we arrived & vet came out immediately. Listened patiently to our list of ‘to dos’ & knew most of them from previous phone call. Routine jabs but we have a very nervous & frightened 3year old dog who has separation anxiety. She tries to nip when the needle goes in so vet brought a muzzle out with her. Very kind vet & our dog struggled for a few minutes but she calmed her down - by the time the vet brought her out she was fine. One happy dog & all up-to-date with her jabs. Thank you.”

“Well, what can I say...AMAZING! Honestly, I am so in love with London Woof, as is Ruby my 3 year old schnoodle. The love and care she receives from Gabor, Ruta and Maruena (sorry, I don't know the correct spelling!!! But Ruby goes NUTS when he comes to pick her up!!! And he is so brilliant with her) I feel such a sense of relief knowing she is having a ball and in safe hands on days I need day care, and just recently she had her first overnight. She loved it. I have had issues with Ruby in the past with separation anxiety and also being a little madam with taking it as she is top dog. But I have been actively re-training her and she is a different dog...I definitely link this with her attending London Woof too. They know her needs and have been implementing her new routine there too. She is calmer, happier, less anxious and well, just the happiest I have ever seen her. Thank you LW and all the team. Big shout out to Gabor who calls to let me know how she is getting on...SO lovely. What a manager. You have made my life so much easier too, any single dog parent knows it's tough...not anymore :) I genuinely can't recommend LW enough, if Ruby could talk, she would absolutely agree.
