“We contacted Deni and Stacy in an emergency when I broke my foot earlier this year. We were hesitant to let strangers walk our dog but connected with them on our first meeting as did our dog who ADORES them. They have been amazing, trustworthy, reliable and extremely flexible. Above all Tilly loves them and she has an amazing time every time she goes out with them. She enjoys being part of the pack and we love seeing the photos they send through. Because of this we have continued to use them for regular walks even though my foot is healed. They are fantastic!”

As requested, driver took me to destination, waited while I attended an appointment, and then drove me back. Driver was pleasant, friendly, calm and confident. “We shipped our three parrots from the US to the UK with Amber, who did a fantastic job as our customs clearing agent. She was thorough, knowledgeable and most of all kind. Bringing parrots over is very complicated and she was able to help us with many of the details that weren’t obvious to a first-timer. When a paperwork error from our vets (not Airpets’ fault!) caused the birds to stay a couple extra days at a quarantine facility, she had excellent communication with us and even advocated for our disabled bird to receive the care he needed while quarantining. I’m very grateful to Airpets, they provided us great peace of mind amongst a stressful move.”
