“I stayed at Premier Inn Elstree Boreham while my husband was in hospital. I spent 9 nights in that hotel. It was a very difficult time for me, but the staff were very kind and so helpful, they made my stay very comfortable. They received parcels for me when I was not in. The dinner I had there was well prepared. The restaurant service was very good. I will definitely stay at Premier Inn again, it was affordable, clean, comfortable and safe when I needed just such a place. Thank you to cleaners, receptionists, bar and restaurant staff, maintenance etc, you all played your part to perfection.”

“The products from here are first rate. I purchased a mat and it's brilliant. I had some trouble with delivery due to the delivery company used however I eventually filled out the online form on the easy paws website and they contact me. They were struggling themselves with people absent from COVID however working late into the night I was receiving emails with updates and apologies. I have to say this level of service will absolutely make me shop with them again.”
