“My two cats stayed with Jen for nearly 2.5 months, unexpectedly much longer than initially planned, after moving to the UK and were wonderfully looked after. Jen loves animals and treats those staying with her like individuals and they adored her. Even the anxious one. The enclosure was spacious with a lovely garden view and reasonably priced, and Jen was very accommodating with regular visits and helping out with anything that was needed. But best of all was knowing my cats were in such caring hands during an unsettling time for all of us. The personal attention they got and the warmth in the recaps about what they (and their neighbours) had been up to during visits really drove it home. Even the courier who dropped off the cats from Heathrow described Jen as "a lovely lady". Highly, highly recommended.”

As before, Emma provided us with a 5 star service... she is so friendly and professional, and our cat comes home looking so calm, sleek, shiny and with a lovely goody bag! With regular contact from Emma and email pictures throughout our holiday, we were happy to see Malteser enjoying her playtime with Emma in Longcroft, using the climbing frame and snoozing in her luxury suite...”

“Our toy poodle starts pulling like a maniac when realising (hundreds of yards away) that we are bringing him to Cinzia – the best recommendation one can get. He simply loves her and his mates he is going to meet there. Cinzia is a highly trusted dog carer and we couldn’t do without her.”

“I hardly ever leave reviews, but for Halo I'm willing to make an exception. Poppy's been a regular for the last 18 months and absolutely loves it. She always comes back exhausted from her endeavours and is always so excited when there's a knock at the door and she realises who it is. You get the whole end-to-end service with Halo - they pick up and drop off, super reliable and super friendly whatever the weather. Although it's mainly daycare, she's been for a few longer stints too, including when we've been away on holiday - and it's so good to know she's safe and well and happy.”

“I would absolutely recommend Longcroft to anyone who is looking for someone to take care of their cat while they are away. Leaving your cat for the first time can feel daunting but Loria was a complete professional and I felt absolutely confident that Rosie was safe and well. Loria really understood all my questions and concerns and was very reassuring. The whole process was very well organised - making everything totally seamless. The regular email updates were really lovely and for the first time I felt like I could relax and not have to worry while I was on holiday. The rooms are lovely and clean and Loria provides fantastic toys and entertainment for the cats - she really goes the extra mile. Rosie appeared completely unfazed by the experience and that is surely the sign of a great stay!”

“My kitten Crumble recently stayed at the Longcroft in Cole Green for his first holiday away from home. I was so apprehensive to leave him but knew the facilities and care at Longcroft were first class and I was not wrong. Ali was amazing - she took such great care of crumble and kept me updated throughout his stay with pictures of him looking so relaxed and happy. I couldn't recommend them higher!”

“Derek is a very reliable and trustworthy dog walker. He understands dogs so well, and is very patient with our dog’s quirks. Our dog clearly likes Derek & is always looking out for him at walk times. She always comes back happy & contented from walks. I would gladly recommend Derek as a dog walker.”

“Lovely people who really care about cats. They have a club you can join for a small fee which reduces the fees slightly which is worthwhile. They have an excellent relationship with Darwin Vets in Biggin Hill, which fo my money are the best in the area, which is also reassuring. You do have to provide vaccination certificates for your cats to protect the other guests :). I recommend them their our first choice but they do get booked up early at peak times....”

We're very happy with the service, super convenient and great communication from them, particularly enjoy the little updates and videos of what he's getting up to with his pals. “After noticing various of my neighbours’ doodles/cockapoos looking so nice and smart post-groom in the Bow area, just had to take Alfie to Ellie to get some smartening up! Alfie always looks so nice and handsome after. She’s amazing with him and he is happy and calm with her. I am super impressed by the ultrasonic tooth clean! Ellie managed to get stains off from Alfie’s molars and his teeth gets so white after. Well worth the 20 pound investment to maintain his teeth and gum health!”

“I left my two dogs with Ellie for a week while on holiday. Ellie is friendly, professional and the setting is spacious inside and outside. I was updated regularly with pictures and videos and felt confident that the dogs were happy and well looked after. They seemed really happy and at ease when I picked them up. I will be using Ellie again if I need dog boarding, and would be happy to recommend.”

“Our 8 month old kitten had her first stay at Meow Manor for 10 days. The Cattery is modern and very clean. We were worried about leaving Ruby for the first time but Karon and Molly are very friendly and really looked after her. Would use again and highly recommend.”

“Gregory and his team saved the day. We have two 12yo cats, and one of them does not do well (at all) in catteries. Gregory came well recomended through another of his clients and he booked us in for a trip we had to take suddenly. I can't say enough good stuff about this service; his thorough research and preparation and then videos updating us on how things were progressing. The most important thing is that Gregory really does like cats. It became evident in how are cats warmed up to him over our two weeks away. Needless to say Gregory and Cat Butler Bromley are now a part of our life and our cats lives, and his service is what you'd hope and want to look after your feline friends. Thank you.”

“Nicola took a very good care of my dog when she was boarding for over two weeks. I received daily updates, photos and videos and I could tell that my little girl was having great time. I even started to worry that she will not want to come back home. It was a very good value for money and I can definitely recommend Nicola.”

“This is such a gem of a cattery!! Eric and Linda are so warm and friendly and you can see from visiting, just how much love and attention they give all the cats in their care. The chalets are so well prepared and have everything a cat needs to play and relax. The overall atmosphere is so settling and calm. Our cat, Adam, stayed here for 10 days over the summer and it was reassuring to know he was in this fantastic place! He came back so relaxed and happy - we are so grateful to Linda and Eric for taking such great care of him!”

“Our little chappy has just completed a weeks stay at Hotel Dachshund and I genuinely think he had a better holiday than we did! Sam is a true lover of sausage dogs and offered the 5* home from home treatment you'd want (and more!), after visiting kennels I just knew it wouldn't be right for our sausage - therefore so pleased we discovered Hotel Dachshund. Sam was incredible at keeping us informed whilst we were away and photo galore which personally we loved! It was incredible to see him play with others and make new friends - leaving you stress free to enjoy your holiday! An incredible boarding service that we'll definitley return for! This was her first time away from home for a long period of time, and she happily settled into her suite with no trouble at all. With constant updates and pictures, my mind was put at ease, which helped me enjoy my holiday and not worry about her. “I have a dog who didn't have the best start in life, so she was extremely anxious and it had the attention span of a squirrel, so it was impossible for me to train her. Was recommended the Everypawdy team and I decided to give it a go. Ricardo and Silvana made magic with us (because they also trained me). In just 6 weeks we totally transformed her. We started with a dog who couldn't stay still for more than literally 5 seconds and who had 0 recall and I now have a much more stable dog that I can safely take off the lead in the park. She is much better socialised and can now take her with me more often to events or activities and we can both enjoy it! Training is an ongoing thing, not a one off, so I will definitely will be doing more sessions with her and the Everypawdy team in the future as the progress is undeniable.”

“I highly recommend It’s a Dog‘s Life. Gibson my crazy Irish Setter cross was with them for almost 3 years and he loved the pack and the team. I travelled a lot and so he would spend overnights and weekends too and I always knew he was safe and very happy. Anna is amazing highly professional, truly caring and nothing was too difficult or too much trouble. She knows we love our furry friends and she looks after them with that always top of mind!”
