“Our local Beaver colony had a fantastic evening at Pets at Home Romford. Our host Terry was very informative and incredibly patient answering all of the children’s questions (and there were a lot of questions). The children were able to hold a Guinea pig and Terry made them feel comfortable whilst doing so. We all had a brilliant evening. Thank you Terry.”

“Came for a 2nd opinion. Vet Louise was amazing a very thorough diagnosis. The reception Staff all very friendly and helpful. It was very busy at the time and we waited a little longer than our appointment time but it was worth the wait as we left feeling relieved having had everything explained to us. Highly recommend this Vets. 5*****”

“I cannot recommend Vets for Pets in Chadwell Heath highly enough. We have been coming here for years for treatment of our 2 cats and the love and care they received is second to none. Unfortunately we recently lost our little George who was rescued by Cheryl and then adopted by my dad. The care, respect and dedication to treatment Caroline showed George from the outset was amazing and we can never thank her enough for giving us the extra precious 6 months with him. They also diagnosed our other monster with diabetes and were great at showing us how to treat this at home and he is still thriving. Thank you for all you do xx”

“Been using Wet pets for many years, have always found the services to be good and the knowledge even better. I have read all the review below and having brought lots of fish, plants and equipment from them, i have never received anything but a warm welcome and sound advise. All the fish (and that's lots) i have gotten from them over the years have always been healthy and happy. Whenever i have lose a fish, it is normally down to my own error (a snack for my angel fish) or to water quality (Ammonia or Nitrite spikes).”

“This vets — unlike many others in busy town settings — is easy to drive to just outside Romford and near Upminster. Set in quiet pretty countryside On the edge of a farm, there is plenty of easy free parking and a lovely relaxed clean-air atmosphere. I need this calmness when I take my anxious pet for attention! The staff are professional and caring . They seem to be up with the latest knowledge in what your pet needs and I am very happy that my cat Pixie now gets probably better attention than I do! “Extremely happy with the service and care of our cats. Before booking I was given a tour and was very impressed with the fact that there was air conditioning and heating available to suit different weather conditions. This cattery is a lovely family run business that continued care and accommodate our 2 cats even though we were hours late to collect them from their 8 days stay and at no extra cost. The cost was very reasonable and even though I had the full amount at time of booking only a deposit was asked of me. Will definitely use the service again in the future.”
