“I have shopped here for my cats for many years and their help and advice has always been excellent. When I went in to buy cat litter recently, as I am getting a new cat, I was advised to ask the person currently looking after her what cat litter the cat prefers as it's easier for them if it's familiar. Which was really helpful, and unlike some other places they didn't just want me to buy the most expensive straight away. I have always found them friendly and so have been a happy customer for many years.”

“We went to the store yesterday to buy a tank and various essentials/accessories to prepare for my daughters first small pet fish. They had a great variety of products including lots of well-known character ornaments to put into the tank. The staff in aquatics were very helpful and ensured we got everything set up correctly for the fish we planned to buy the following day. Very informative and friendly. Today we took our daughter to choose the fish. The staff member, Matt, served us and he was amazing with my 5 year old daughter. He went out of his way to choose specific fish for her so she could tell the difference between them and was so welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much for making my daughters day! Went back a week later to get more fish and two shrimp. This time served by another gentleman with brown hair. He was really helpful and amazing at his job. Very informative about every aspect of the shrimp and fish. Thank you again for your help!”
