We didn’t know what to get to replace the food we currently give him so we spoke to a member of staff, Jo, who was fantastic. Very knowledgable and informative. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Very professional and customer service from her was excellent. We were very pleased with what we purchased. Highly recommend this store.”

I asked the friendly staff for help and advice which they gladly gave. The chap on the till was the most helpful and informed me the tropical fish food simply has more protein in it than the goldfish holiday food would have done (which was out of stock at that branch) so it was safe for me to give my pet the tropical food. I'm pleased to say I returned from my holiday to find my beloved goldfish happy in their tank, having been fed perfectly well.”
