She did a great job on the cut, Millie came out looking fabulous and was obviously very comfortable there. When we looked after someone's cocker spaniel she kindly fit us in last minute for a wash, and even took out all the matting under his belly for us. I would highly recommend going to Vanity Fur!”

“I was staying with friends and needed some food etc for my little Yorkie . She is really fussy and I thought I’d visit this shop as we have one near to us in Dorset . I don’t very often leave reviews but absolutely had to . The staff were so welcoming , friendly and knowledgable. The lady that served me was called Mollie , she was so lovely and ensured I had everything I needed . The other lady there was called Charlotte I think , she was also very helpful . As a food retail manager myself , I know how difficult it is to employ great staff that have a love for what they do that shines through with great service . Well done to you .”

Even though I had never been here before, I was able to find everything I needed without asking a member of staff. Having said that, the staff generally have their own pets and love to chat with you about theirs and yours. This was car on this branch. The bonus is you can take your dog in with you.”

The staff member (Sean) was careful not to make him anxious and was an all round lovely guy. I will definitely use them again. Bit of a process booking online the first time, and then having to leave a deposit over the phone, but looks like it should be much simpler going forward and there are loyalty discounts. Similar pricing to other groomers in the area. On first experience, definitely recommend”

She recognises the staff and location as soon as we approach and the tail starts wagging.
